Проаналізовано теоретичні уявлення щодо поділу кримінального провадження на окремі стадії. Охарактеризовано предмет відання суб’єктів сторони обвинувачення залежно від стадії кримінального процесу. Констатовано, що предмет відання слідчого судді є певною фрагментарною проекцією повноцінного предмета відання судді. The article is devoted to the study of organizational and procedural division of the subject of jurisdiction in criminal proceedings. The theoretical conceptions about the division of criminal proceedings into separate stages are analyzed. The subject of jurisdiction of the parties to the charge is characterized, depending on the stage of the criminal process. It is stated that the subject of the investigating judge’s charge is a certain fragmentary projection of a full-fledged subject of judicial jurisdiction.
