С.787-798.У статті розглядаються соціально-психологічні впливи факторів на самореалізацію становлення професіоналізму поліцейського шляхом його інтегрування в дану професію. Авторами обумовлено різні пріоритети поєднання зовнішніх факторів суспільства з внутрішніми факторами стану особистості в прийнятті вибору кардинальних рішень на основі життєвого досвіду, бажанню навчатись даній справі, умінню володіти життєвими ситуаціями. Розкрито механізми логічного поєднання особистої мети та мрії з плануванням і професійною реалізацією через зміст та завдання Національної поліції України. Розставлено акценти впливу вікового фактору на самореалізацію служіння суспільству, участі особистих поглядів на підтримання безпеки та порядку, забезпечення прав і свобод людини. Осмислені систему факторів професійної самореалізації, розкриті поняття самореалізація в кар’єрному рості, її ознаки в практичній реалізації. The article examines the social and psychological effects the factors on the self-realization of becoming a police officer by integrating him into this profession.
