P. 128-141.У статті аналізуються сучасні терористичні загрози в контексті бойових дій на території України, які пов’язані не лише з терористичними атаками на об’єкти критичної інфраструктури, а й з активним використанням фінансових активів, новітніх технологій та інноваційних фінансових інструментів. Проведено аналіз понять «військовий тероризм», «фінансування тероризму», а також української системи протидії легалізації доходів, одержаних злочинним шляхом, фінансуванню тероризму, що дозволило виявити та оцінити основні тенденції та напрямки розвитку таких заходів протидії, вказати на наявні недоліки та розробити механізми вдосконалення аналізованої системи на локальному та міжнародному рівнях. Зроблено висновок про необхідність посилення міжвідомчого та міждержавного співробітництва, налагодження зв’язків між регіональними антитерористичними структурами правоохоронних та спеціальних служб, використання підрозділів і підрозділів Збройних Сил у боротьбі з військовим тероризмом. The article analyzes modern terrorist threats in the context of military operations on the territory of Ukraine, which are associated not only with terrorist attacks on critical infrastructure facilities, but also with the active use of financial assets, the latest technologies and innovative financial instruments. An analysis of the concepts of «military terrorism», «financing of terrorism», as well as of the Ukrainian system of combating the legalization of proceeds of crime, financing of terrorism, was carried out, which allowed to identify and assess the main trends and directions of development of such countermeasures, to indicate the existing shortcomings and develop mechanisms for improving the analyzed system at the local and international level. A conclusion was reached on the need to strengthen interdepartmental and interstate cooperation, to establish links between regional anti-terrorist structures of law enforcement and special services, and to use units and units of the armed forces in the fight against military terrorism.en
