На підставі проведеного аналізу організації та правового регулювання водної (морської) поліції в інших країнах світу здійснено систематизацію її завдань за чотирма блоками з урахуванням кореляції відповідних завдань українського законодавства. The scientific article is devoted to the tasks of one of the divisions of the National Police of Ukraine - the water police. The relevance of the study is due to the problem of the lack of regulatory and legal definition of the tasks of these police units in Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to analyze the tasks of the water police units (or their counterparts in other law enforcement agencies) and their systematization taking into account the relevance of Ukrainian legislation.
