С. 826-831.Статтю присвячено дослідженню правового регулювання міграційної політики та організаційним основам діяльності міграційних служб зарубіжних країн, визначено правовий статус органів міграційної служби в деяких зарубіжних країнах та організаційні основи діяльності їх діяльності. Зазначено, що правове регулювання діяльності міграційних органів таких держав як Німеччина, Великобританія, США і Канада представляє найбільший інтерес з точки зору можливості його використання для вдосконалення українського законодавства і практики. Зроблено висновок, що з урахуванням досвіду діяльності міграційних служб зарубіжних країн в області правового регулювання міграційної сфери, при вдосконаленні організаційної структури та моделі функціонування ДМС України слід враховувати основні тенденції розвитку міграційних служб зарубіжних країн. The article is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of migration policy and the organizational basis of the migration services of foreign countries, the legal status of the migration service bodies in some foreign countries and the organizational basis of their activities are defined. It is noted that the legal regulation of the activities of migration bodies of such countries as Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada is of the greatest interest from the point of view of the possibility of using it to improve Ukrainian legislation and practice. It was concluded that, taking into account the experience of the migration services of foreign countries in the field of legal regulation of the migration sphere, while improving the organizational structure and model of the state migration service of Ukraine, the main trends in the development of migration services of foreign countries should be taken into account.
