The authors analyze the legal grounds and practical aspects of using this tool in civil proceedings, including the procedures for collecting and documenting evidence at the initiative of the court. Special attention is given to the effectiveness of judicial practice and its impact on the quality of economic dispute resolution, as well as the alignment of national procedures with modern standards of justice. У статті розглядається механізм ініційованого судом виклику доказів в українському економічному процесі. Автори аналізують правові підстави та практичні аспекти застосування цього інструменту в цивільному судочинстві, зокрема порядок збору та фіксації доказів за ініціативою суду. Окрема увага приділяється ефективності судової практики та її впливу на якість розгляду економічних спорів, а також узгодженню національних процедур із сучасними стандартами правосуддя.
