Представлено загальну характеристику дозвільно-погоджувальних функцій, що здійснюються підрозділами Національної поліції у відносинах із суб’єктами господарювання. Проаналізовано стан нормативно-правової регламентації зазначених функцій та запропоновано напрями її удосконалення. Виокремлено проблемні питання здійснення підрозділами поліції вищевказаних функцій, з урахуванням судової практики розгляду відповідних категорій спорів. Науково-практичні рекомендації адресовані суб’єктам нормотворчої діяльності, а також працівникам підрозділів Національної поліції, що забезпечують здійснення дозвільно-погоджувальних функцій у сфері господарювання. In the scientific and practical recommendations, the main provisions regarding the implementation of the permitting and approval functions of the National Police units in the field of management are given. A general description of the permitting and reconciliation functions performed by the National Police units in relations with business entities is presented. The state of the regulatory and legal regulation of the specified functions was analyzed and directions for its improvement were proposed. Problematic issues of the implementation of the above-mentioned functions by police units are singled out, taking into account the judicial practice of consideration of the relevant categories of disputes. Scientific and practical recommendations are addressed to subjects of rule-making activity, as well as to employees of the National Police units, which ensure the implementation of permitting and approval functions in the field of management.
