Тому, слід розвивати навички та компетентності, використовуючи досягнення інформаційного суспільства, а саме інноваційні технології. Отже, заклади вищої освіти формують інноваційні стратегії в освітньому процесі задля формування м’яких навичок в студентів. У статті досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти методики розвитку soft skills у студентів закладів вищої освіти. Інноваційні процеси сьогодні реалізуються практично в усіх сферах людської діяльності. Зокрема, це стосується сфери освіти. Що стосується професійної освіти, то університет має підтримувати інтерес до сучасних технологій, соціально-економічних змін у суспільстві, розвитку нових течій і напрямків. До таких процесів відноситься формування транспрофесійних навичок, інакше кажучи, soft skills. Вони не пов'язані з конкретною професією, але важливі для кар'єри та просування в ній. Процес розвитку таких навичок можна реалізувати в процесі здобуття вищої освіти. У зв’язку з цим визначено мету дослідження, а саме теоретичне обґрунтування методики розвитку компетенцій soft skills як аспект інноваційної освіти. Практична значущість дослідження полягає в тому, що отримані результати можуть бути використані в методиці викладання в закладі вищої освіти. У статті важливим є визначення особливостей створення умов, що сприяють формуванню soft skills, а також для того, щоб зробити процес навчання більш інформативним і таким, що запам’ятовується. Оскільки розвиток цих умінь важливий для підготовки до майбутньої професії, в статті запропоновано комплекс завдань, що сприяють розвитку soft skills в інноваційному суспільстві. Отже, дослідження показує досягнення освітнього процесу в контексті формування навичок для студентів, які покращують компетентність студентів як аспект інноваційної освіти. Students of higher education institutions need to increase their level of professionalism in order to be competitive in the labor market. Therefore, skills and competences should be developed using the achievements of the information society, namely innovative technologies. Therefore, institutions of higher education are forming innovative strategies in the educational process for the formation of soft skills in students. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the soft skills development method for students of higher education institutions. Today, innovative processes are implemented in almost all spheres of human activity. In particular, this applies to the field of education. As for professional education, the university should maintain interest in modern technologies, socio-economic changes in society, development of new currents and directions. Such processes include the formation of transprofessional skills, in other words, soft skills. They are not related to a specific profession, but are important for career and advancement in it. The process of developing such skills can be implemented in the process of obtaining higher education. In this regard, the purpose of the research is determined, namely the theoretical justification of the methodology for the development of soft skills as an aspect of innovative education. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the obtained results can be used in teaching methods in a higher education institution. In the article, it is important to determine the features of creating conditions that contribute to the formation of soft skills, as well as to make the learning process more informative and memorable. Since the development of these skills is important for preparing for the future profession, the article creates a set of tasks that contribute to the development of soft skills in an innovative society. Therefore, the study shows the achievements of the educational process in the context of the formation of skills for students, which improve the competence of students as an aspect of innovative education.
