The training manual defines the organizational, legal and procedural principles of ensuring law enforcement activities in the de-occupied territories. An analysis of the provisions of international humanitarian law and national law was carried out criminal legislation. The specifics of the investigation of criminal offenses in the de-occupied territories have been normalized, as well as the NATO standards have been generalized and their place in the activities of the security sector bodies during the implementation of law enforcement activities in the de-occupied territories has been determined. The features of the development of the architecture of criminological support of the de-occupied territories are detailed, the features of the use of technology are analysed OSINT during the investigation of criminal offenses committed under the special legal regime of martial law.
