С. 264–269.У статті розглядаються питання підготовки здобувачів до комунікації з урахуванням гендерної рівності, через забезпечення сприятливого середовища навчально-виховного процесу в освітніх закладах. Автори досліджують педагогічні дії викладачів щодо подолання і пом’якшення труднощів адаптації під час комунікації студентів у колективі на засадах гендерної рівності та незалежності. Наголошується на важливості створення необхідної атмосфери, психологічного комфорту для кожного учасника педагогічного процесу, сформуванні гендерної культури та управління міжособистісними взаєминами в системі «викладач – студент / викладачка студентка», «викладач/викладачка – студентський колектив, студент/студентка – колектив»; розкриваються шляхи подальшого удосконалення діяльності викладачів уникнення однобічності та пом’якшення стереотипів щодо гендерних ролей та підвищення ефективності навчально-виховного процесу, враховуючи змістовий аспект гендерного виховання. Зауважено, що важливим для формування комунікації у сфері гендерної рівності є вивчення міжнародного досвіду із впровадження гендерної освіти; залучення громадських організацій до співробітництва у впровадженні гендерного підходу в освітньому процесі вишу. У публікації наведено модель для формування комунікації у сфері гендерної рівності за чотирма напрямами: (фізична, психічна, соціальна та високоморальна комунікації), а також окреслено їх особливості. Зроблено висновок, що інструментарієм формування комунікацій у сфері гендерної рівності здобувачів вищої освіти є правова основа для розвитку демократичних установок у здійсненні розбудови української держави відповідно до розвитку подібних освітніх систем. Як результат освітнього процесу для здобувачів вищої освіти – сформована орієнтація у життєвих ситуаціях знаходячи урівноважений дисбаланс гендерної відповідності. Здобувачам вищої освіти, необхідно мати певний рівень комунікації у сфері гендерної рівності, який відображається в якісних моделях поведінки і відповідності соціальних рис «чоловічого» та «жіночого» характеру, культурним запитам суспільства. The article deals with the issue of training students for communication, taking into account gender equality, through the ensuring of a favorable environment for the educational process in academic institutions. The authors investigate the pedagogical actions of teachers to overcome and mitigate the adaptation difficulties during the communication of students in the team on the basis of gender equality and independence. The importance of creating the necessary atmosphere, psychological comfort for each participant in the pedagogical process, the formation of a gender culture and the management of interpersonal relationships in the system «teacher – student / female teacher – student», «teacher – student team, male / female student – team» is emphasized; ways to further improve the activities of teachers, to avoid one-sidedness and soften stereotypes regarding gender roles, and to increase the effectiveness of the educational process, taking into account the substantive aspect of gender education, are revealed. It was noted that studying international experience in the implementation of gender education is important for the formation of communication in the field of gender equality; involvement of public organizations in cooperation in implementing a gender approach in the educational process of higher education. The publication provides a model for the formation of communication in the field of gender equality in four directions: (physical, mental, social and highly moral communication), and also outlines their features. It was concluded that the toolkit for the formation of communications in the field of gender equality of higher education students is the legal basis for the development of democratic attitudes in the implementation the construction of Ukraine state in accordance with the development of similar educational systems. As a result of the educational process, students of higher education must navigate life situations by finding a balanced imbalance of gender conformity. Students of higher education must have an appropriate level of communication in the field of gender equality, which is reflected in high-quality models of behavior and the correspondence of social traits of «masculine» and «feminine» character, which meets the cultural demands of society.uk-UA
