Серія: Педагогічні науки. - 2021. - Вип. 194. - С. 78-84.У статті здійснено порівняльний аналіз традиційної та інноваційної систем навчання у вищому навчальному закладі; висвітлено особливості, зміст, переваги й межі застосування інноваційних технологій навчання в оптиці сучасних концепцій педагогічної теорії та практики. Подано авторське визначення поняття «інноваційне навчання» у ВНЗ. Виокремлено переваги та недоліки традиційного та інноваційного навчання. Сформульовано вимоги, за якими рекомендується впроваджувати інноваційне навчання в практику роботи вищих навчальних закладів. Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності знаходження оптимального балансу між традиційним та інноваційним навчанням, раціонального використання переваг кожного з них, виходячи з реалій кожного конкретного вузу. The article provides a comparative analysis of traditional and innovative teaching systems in higher education; highlights the features, content, advantages and limits of innovative teaching technologies in the light of modern concepts of pedagogical theory and practice. The author's definition of the concept of "innovative teaching" in higher education is presented. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional and innovative teaching are highlighted. The requirements for implementing innovative teaching in the practice of higher education institutions are formulated. A conclusion was made regarding the need to find an optimal balance between traditional and innovative education, rational use of the advantages of each of them, based on the realities of each specific university.uk-UA
