У статті проаналізовано норми чинного законодавства, Конвенції Міжнародної організації праці та антидискримінаційні директиви Європейського Союзу, які стосуються ґендерних питань. Досліджено показники ґендерної нерівності в Україні відповідно до даних Організації Об’єднаних Націй і Державного комітету статистики. На основі отриманих результатів аналізу було визначено низку відповідних заходів, спрямованих на забезпечення ґендерного балансу в Україні, The purpose of this article is to analyze the problematic aspects of observing the principles of gender balance during the implementation of the right to work in the context of international gender standards adopted by Ukraine. The article analyzes the norms of the current legislation, the Convention of the International Labor Organization and the anti-discrimination directives of the European Union, which relate to gender issues. Indicators of gender inequality in Ukraine were studied in accordance with the data of the United Nations and the State Statistics Committee. Based on the results of the analysis, a number of appropriate measures aimed at ensuring gender balance in Ukraine were determined
