Key technologies such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital forensics, geographic information systems, facial recognition, and predictive policing are discussed. The study demonstrates how big data enables the identification of patterns and connections useful for suspect identification and crime prediction. The stages of digital forensics, including data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting to law enforcement agencies and courts, are analyzed. Particular attention is given to ethical and legal aspects, privacy protection, and the safeguarding of individual rights. The author emphasizes the importance of modern technologies in enhancing the efficiency of criminal investigations and the responsible use of innovative solutions.
