У статті розкривається рольовий аспект контролінгу в системі менеджменту та обґрунтовується введення до її складу інноваційного регулятора, міститься авторська пропозиція щодо адаптації понять «інноваційний контролінг» та «інноваційний регулятор системи контролінгу» в системі управління. при цьому розкрито їх зміст, а також запропоновано економіко-математичну модель оцінки ефективності контролінгу на основі інноваційного регулятора.en
