P.; Beloshenko Yu.Відповідно до результатів аналізу науково-методичної, спеціальної та довідкової літератури (моніторингу Інтернет-джерел) членами науково-дослідної групи встановлено, що питанням якісного та кількісного аналізу показників техніко-тактичної підготовленості спортсменок високої кваліфікації, які спеціалізуються в одноборствах присвячено недостатню кількість науково-методичних праць. Це у свою чергу потребує подальших досліджень та підкреслює актуальність і практичну складову обраного напряму наукової розвідки. Головною метою дослідження є визначення техніко-тактичного арсеналу спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в дзюдо високої кваліфікації – чемпіонок та призерок чемпіонату світу 2022 року (м. Ташкент, Узбекистан). Під час теоретичного дослідження були використані наступні методи: аксіоматичні, ідеалізації, історичні і логічні, сходження від конкретного, формалізації тощо. Крім цього, було використано досвід багаторічної підготовки одноборців різних вікових груп (вагових категорій). В результаті теоретичного дослідження членами науково-дослідної групи проведено аналіз технікотактичного арсеналу спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в дзюдо високої кваліфікації – чемпіонок та призерок чемпіонату світу 2022 року (м. Ташкент, Узбекистан). Аналізуючи результати теоретичного дослідження доцільним є оновлення відповідно до вимог сьогодення існуючих програм (педагогічних моделей, організаційно-педагогічних умов тощо) багаторічної підготовки спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в дзюдо (із урахуванням етапів їхньої багаторічної підготовки). Результати дослідження впроваджені у систему багаторічної підготовки спортсменок, які спеціалізуються в дзюдо: Вінницької, Київської, Дніпропетровської, Запорізької та Харківської областей. Перспективи подальших досліджень у обраному напрямі наукової розвідки передбачають проведення аналітичного огляду техніко-тактичної підготовленості спортсменів високої кваліфікації, які спеціалізуються в боротьбі самбо (спортивний та бойовий розділи) за підсумками їхнього виступу у «Чемпіонату світу 2022». According to the results of the analysis of scientific and methodical, special and reference literature (monitoring of Internet sources), the members of the research group established, that there is an insufficient number of scientific and methodological works devoted to the issue of qualitative and quantitative analysis of indicators of technical and tactical preparedness of highly qualified female athletes who specialize in sports types of struggle (martial arts). This, in turn, requires further research and emphasizes the relevance and practical component of the chosen direction of scientific research. The purpose of the study is – is an analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of highly qualified judoka (women) champions and medalists of the 2022 World Championship. Research methods: abstraction, measurement, expert evaluation, survey, comparison, observation, etc. In addition, the personal experience of organizing a system of long-term training of highly qualified wrestlers was used. As a result of the theoretical study, the members of the research group conducted an analysis of the technical and tactical arsenal of female athletes (highly qualified), who specialize in judo - champions and medalists of the 2022 World Championship (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). Analyzing the results of the theoretical research, it is expedient to update the existing programs (pedagogical models, organizational and pedagogical conditions, etc.) of long-term training of female athletes in accordance with today's requirements, who specialize in judo (taking into account the stages of their long-term training). The results of the research are incorporated into the system of long-term training of female athletes who specialize in judo: Vinnitsia, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya and Kharkiv regions. With the introduction of new approaches to the activities of the National Police of Ukraine at the present stage of its development, the implementation of measures of the "Community Policing" concept, the issues of finding new ways, activities of interaction between the police and society are of particular relevance, which is due to the development of a new philosophy of police activity. Given this, the article is devoted to the analysis of foreign and national experience in the use of sports potential in the framework of the implementation of the activities of the "Community Policing" concept, its generalization and determination of further areas of activity in this area. It analyzes the successful practices of the implementation of joint sports projects by the police and the population in such countries as the United States of America, Germany, Great Britain, and also examines the national experience of the Ukrainian police in this aspect. The generalization of foreign and national experience in the use of sports potential in the framework of the implementation of the activities of the "Community Policing" concept indicates that in the vast majority they are implemented in the youth and children's environment, which is explained by the purposefulness and purpose of such events - the impact on the consciousness and behavior of individuals in order to form they have positions of voluntary compliance with the rule of law, early preventive intervention, involvement of such persons in meaningful leisure activities. In turn, the underestimation of the use of this tool among adults, according to the author, is a significant drawback of such activities. It is concluded that the use of sports potential by police units in the framework of the implementation of measures of the "Community Policing" concept is an important tool for preventive impact, a means of creating trusting relationships between the population and the police, as well as a means of promoting a healthy lifestyle, a responsible attitude to health. The author selected several general scientific methods for the study, including an attempt to adapt the grouping and modelling method to the theoretical representation of the relationship between soft skills and student competitiveness. The article identified several promising areas of research, which will allow us to focus on in-depth study of the issue and its comprehensive scientific substantiation. The results of the study have several limitations that correlate with the previously identified areas of future research. Дослідження включало методи опитування за допомогою анкет, експертних оцінок та інтерв'ю з використанням фокус-груп. Отримані дані аналізувалися за допомогою методів математичної статистики. Згідно з результатами факторного аналізу, мотивація, підтримка, здатність керувати часом, визнання успіху та релаксація мають найбільший вплив на готовність до самореалізації. Стрес, невпевненість, самокритика та ставлення до ризику мають негативний вплив на готовність до самореалізації. Дослідження дало підстави вважати, що готовність до самореалізації залежить від різних факторів, таких як рівень стресу, невпевненості, підтримки, самокритики, мотивації, визнання успіху, здатності керувати часом, самостійності, ставлення до ризику та релаксації. Подальше дослідження може допомогти у розумінні більш точних механізмів впливу різних факторів на готовність до самореалізації та розвитку особистості. The aim of the study was to determine an effective model of training law enforcement officers’ readiness for professional selffulfillment taking into account the level of their professional training and the demands of society. The research involved the methods of questionnaire survey, expert evaluations and interviews with the use of focus groups. The obtained data were analysed using the methods of mathematical statistics. According to the results of the factor analysis, motivation, support, ability to manage time, recognition of success and relaxation have the greatest impact on readiness for self-fulfilment. Stress, insecurity, self-criticism and attitude to risk have a negative impact on readiness for self- fulfilment. The research gave grounds to conclude that readiness for self- fulfilment depends on various factors, such as the level of stress, insecurity, support, self-criticism, motivation, recognition of success, ability to manage time, independence, attitude to risk, and relaxation. Актуальність вибраної тематики зумовлюється наявністю проблемних питань застосування законодавства, що її визначає, а також малодослідженістю зазначених аспектів у сучасній адміністративно-правовій науці. На підставі дослідження теоретико-методологічних розробок учених, положень чинного законодавства зроблено висновок, що матеріальна відповідальність поліцейських є особливим різновидом їхньої юридичної відповідальності, а механізм її реалізації потребує належного адміністративно-правового врегулювання. Автором на підставі критичного аналізу положень чинного законодавства визначено недоліки нормативно-правового регулювання матеріальної відповідальності поліцейських, зокрема, щодо термінологічної некоректності окремих положень законодавства про матеріальну відповідальність військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб за шкоду, завдану державі; щодо відсутності належного нормативно-правового врегулювання процедури проведення службового розслідування стосовно поліцейських за фактом завдання матеріальної шкоди. Резюмовано, що застосування Порядку проведення службових розслідувань у Національній поліції України у разі притягнення поліцейських до матеріальної відповідальності є неможливим. На підставі проведеного дослідження автором доведено необхідність внесення змін до Закону України «Про матеріальну відповідальність військовослужбовців та прирівняних до них осіб за шкоду, завдану державі», а також прийняття спеціалізованого відомчого нормативно-правового акта, який визначить процедуру проведення службового розслідування стосовно поліцейського за фактом завдання матеріальної шкоди. The article is devoted to the study of the role of the National Police of Ukraine in ensuring and implementing measures of the legal regime of martial law. It is indicated on the dispersal of the powers of the police in the conditions of martial law in numerous legal acts, which determines the relevance of their systematization. Based on the analysis of the provisions of the current legislation, the author studied the features of policing under martial law, systematized the powers of the National Police, due to the implementation of special service tasks carried out by police bodies and divisions both independently and in close cooperation with other public administration bodies. It is concluded that the National Police of Ukraine is a subject of the security and defense sector, whose activities are aimed at protecting national interests, which is due to the active participation of its bodies and divisions in ensuring and implementing measures of the legal regime of martial law in coordinated interaction with other subjects in the form of: 1) prompt exchange of information on preparation for the performance and performance of special service tasks in a state of martial law; 2) holding joint operational meetings on issues of preparation for the performance and performance of special official tasks in a state of martial law; 3) implementation of joint measures for the performance of special official tasks in a state of martial law, in particular, to ensure public security and order, including the maintenance or restoration of law and order; protection, protection, defense, suppression of criminal acts; cessation of illegal actions against critical infrastructure facilities or important state facilities that threaten the safety of citizens and disrupt their functioning; response and liquidation of consequences of incidents, crisis situations etc.; 4) conducting joint training, exercises and classes according to mutually agreed plans for the performance of special service tasks; 5) regular exchange (corrections, clarifications) of calculations (calculations) of forces and means involved in the joint performance of special official tasks, and other necessary information for interaction and mutual information; 6) implementation of other measures provided for by the current legislation.Документ Формування культури здоров’я курсантів закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських(Факт, 2024) Шостак І. The monograph is devoted to the study of the problem of forming a culture of health among cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions that train police officers. In particular, the pedagogical conditions for achieving the effectiveness of this process are substantiated: the correlation between theoretical and practical training of cadets in the formation of a culture of health; the development of student-cadet self-government as a condition for the active activity of cadets during the formation of a culture of health in extracurricular activities; sports and recreational activities of cadets. The system of structural criteria and indicators was defined, the level of formation of the health culture of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions, which train police officers, was characterized.
