The article explores the use of artificial intelligence (AI) as an innovative tool for optimizing education management processes. AI technologies are considered a key factor in the transformation of modern educational systems, contributing to improved efficiency, quality, and adaptability of management decisions. The study analyzes current approaches to applying AI in education management, including data-driven decision-making, automation of administrative processes, and personalization of educational services. Particular attention is paid to the benefits of AI implementation, as well as to potential risks, limitations, and ethical challenges associated with its integration into educational institutions. The authors outline prospects for the further development and use of artificial intelligence in education management and emphasize its importance for enhancing the sustainability and effectiveness of educational systems in the context of digital transformation.
Regarding the Issue of Implementing the Experience of Organizing technical inspection of Vehicles

The abstract explores the implementation of experience in organizing vehicle technical inspections as a critical factor for ensuring road safety. The author analyzes the reasons for the cancellation of mandatory technical control in Ukraine, with the high corruption component being the key factor. The work provides a comparative analysis of technical inspection systems in Germany, Poland, and Japan. Particular attention is paid to the automation of inspection processes, the use of centralized electronic registries to prevent fraud, and the compliance of national legislation with the requirements of EU Directive 2014/45. Based on foreign experience, the need to restore effective technical control in Ukraine through transparent mechanisms of certified service centers and a strict system of fines is substantiated.

У тезах досліджено питання впровадження досвіду організації технічного огляду транспортних засобів як критичного фактора забезпечення безпеки дорожнього руху. Автор аналізує причини скасування обов’язкового технічного контролю в Україні, серед яких ключовою стала висока корупційна складова. У роботі проведено порівняльний аналіз систем техогляду в Німеччині, Польщі та Японії. Особливу увагу приділено автоматизації процесів перевірки, використанню централізованих електронних реєстрів для запобігання фальсифікаціям та відповідності національного законодавства вимогам Директиви ЄС 2014/45. На основі іноземного досвіду обґрунтовано необхідність відновлення ефективного технічного контролю в Україні через прозорі механізми сертифікованих сервісних центрів та сувору систему штрафів.

The study manual provides a comprehensive overview of modern infantry weapon systems, specifically focusing on antitank, under-barrel, and hand grenades. The authors detail the design, technical characteristics, and functional principles of various grenade launchers and their ammunition, including fragmentation and thermobaric types. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of combat use, aiming techniques, and troubleshooting under field conditions. A significant part of the manual is dedicated to strict safety measures during handling, transportation, and firing to ensure the lives and health of personnel. This publication is intended for cadets, students of higher education institutions with specific learning environments, and military professionals engaged in fire training.
Системний підхід до забезпечення працездатності поліцейських: правові та організаційні аспекти

У цих тезах обґрунтовано системний підхід до забезпечення та підтримання працездатності офіцерів національної поліції України як комплексної інтегрованої характеристики професійної діяльності. Автор аналізує багатовимірну систему факторів впливу на працездатність, класифікуючи їх на фізичні, психологічні, організаційні та соціально-економічні. Особливу увагу приділено правовим та організаційним аспектам медичного забезпечення, обов'язковій фізичній підготовці та системі психологічного супроводу, спрямованій на запобігання професійному вигоранню та птср. Досліджено вплив віку, стажу служби та робочого графіка на оперативну готовність особового складу. На основі аналізу чинного законодавства та відомчих актів мвс у тезах наголошується, що безперервний професійний розвиток та раціональна організація службової діяльності є фундаментальними умовами підтримання довгострокової працездатності та ефективності поліцейських у сучасних умовах.
These theses substantiate a systemic approach to ensuring and maintaining the work capacity of national police of Ukraine officers as a complex integrated characteristic of professional activity. The author analyzes a multidimensional system of factors influencing work capacity, classifying them into physical, psychological, organizational, and socio-economic groups. Particular attention is paid to the legal and organizational aspects of medical support, mandatory physical training, and the system of psychological support aimed at preventing professional burnout and ptsd. The study examines the impact of age, service length, and work schedule on the operational readiness of personnel. Based on the analysis of current legislation and departmental regulations of the ministry of internal affairs, the theses emphasize that continuous professional development and rational organization of service activities are fundamental conditions for maintaining the long-term work capacity and effectiveness of police officers in modern conditions.
Інноваційні технології та методи у системі вогневої підготовки поліцейських: огляд наявних рішень

В анотації розглянуто трансформацію системи вогневої підготовки поліцейських через інтеграцію інноваційних технологічних рішень. Автор наголошує, що традиційні методи навчання вже не повною мірою відповідають викликам сучасної правоохоронної діяльності, яка вимагає не лише влучності, а й високої стресостійкості та оперативності прийняття рішень. У роботі детально проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід, зокрема використання vr-тренажерів у сша та нідерландах, інтерактивного сценарного моделювання у великій британії та лазерних систем у німеччині. Особливу увагу приділено передовим методам канади, швеції та ізраїлю, що включають біометричний моніторинг рівня стресу та застосування штучного інтелекту для персоналізації навчальних програм. Автор доходить висновку, що впровадження таких технологій у систему підготовки поліції україни дозволить суттєво підвищити безпеку, правомірність та ефективність застосування зброї правоохоронцями.
The abstract examines the transformation of police fire training through the integration of innovative technological solutions. The author highlights that traditional training methods no longer fully meet the challenges of modern law enforcement, which requires not only shooting accuracy but also high stress resilience and rapid decision-making. The study provides a detailed analysis of international experience, specifically the use of vr-simulators in the usa and the netherlands, interactive scenario modeling in the uk, and laser systems in germany. Particular attention is paid to advanced methods from canada, sweden, and israel, including biometric monitoring of stress levels and the use of artificial intelligence for personalizing training programs. The author concludes that implementing such technologies in ukraine's police training system will significantly enhance the safety, legality, and effectiveness of firearm use by law enforcement officers.

У тезах досліджено правові основи військового керівництва та їхній вплив на формування адміністративно-правового статусу командувача Національної гвардії України. Автор аналізує мету військового управління крізь призму взаємодії сил оборони з інститутами громадянського суспільства та концепції національного спротиву. Особливу увагу приділено системі підпорядкування та порядку призначення вищого командування НГУ, що залучає повноваження Президента України та Міністра внутрішніх справ. Обґрунтовано необхідність розширення законодавчо визначених цілей управління НГУ шляхом включення аспектів активного залучення громадськості до оборони держави. Зроблено висновок, що ефективність військового керівництва залежить від чіткої ієрархії, професіоналізму апарату управління та належного нормативного закріплення прав і обов'язків посадових осіб.
The abstract examines the legal foundations of military leadership and their impact on the formation of the administrative and legal status of the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. The author analyzes the purpose of military management through the prism of interaction between the defense forces and civil society institutions, as well as the concept of national resistance. Particular attention is paid to the system of subordination and the procedure for appointing the NGU high command, which involves the powers of the President of Ukraine and the Minister of Internal Affairs. The author argues for the necessity of expanding the legally defined management goals of the NGU by including aspects of active public involvement in national defense. It is concluded that the effectiveness of military leadership depends on a clear hierarchy, the professionalism of the management apparatus, and the proper regulatory consolidation of the rights and duties of officials.

У тезах представлено адміністративно-правову характеристику системи нормативно-правових актів, що формують підґрунтя статусу командувача Національної гвардії України. Автор здійснює багаторівневий аналіз джерел права — від Конституції України та профільних законів до підзаконних актів і відомчих наказів МВС. Досліджено еволюцію законодавчого забезпечення повноважень керівника НГУ та виявлено певні неузгодженості в ієрархії нормативних приписів. Обґрунтовано необхідність систематизації нормативно-правового забезпечення для чіткого визначення прав, обов'язків та відповідальності командувача як суб'єкта публічного управління в умовах сучасних безпекових викликів.
The abstract presents an administrative and legal description of the system of regulatory acts that form the basis of the status of the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine. The author performs a multi-level analysis of legal sources — from the Constitution of Ukraine and specialized laws to by-laws and departmental orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The evolution of the legislative provision regarding the powers of the NGU head is examined, and certain inconsistencies in the hierarchy of regulatory provisions are identified. The author emphasizes the need to systematize the regulatory and legal framework to clearly define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Commander as a subject of public administration in the context of modern security challenges.
Правове забезпечення євроінтеграції: загальноправовий та галузевий аспекти в контексті сталого розвитку

У статті здійснено історичний аналіз законодавчих процесів на шляху до євроінтеграції. Встановлено, що перші нормативні документи з акцентом на євроінтеграцію були прийняті, ще за часів президента Л. Кучми. Однак особливої актуальності євроінтеграційні процеси набули під час Революції Гідності та загострилися з початком повномасштабного вторгнення. Окрему оцінку під час дослідження відведено саме способам синхронізації нашого законодавства з європейським. Загалом було встановлено, що у світовій практиці часто використовується метод імплементації міжнародних норм, шляхом перенесення їх змісту або суті у національні закони. Водночас системний аналіз нормативно-правових актів України показав, що для нашої держави найбільш прийнятним є спосіб адаптації, коли національне законодавство підлаштовується під норми міжнародного права шляхом внесення відповідних змін у закони або прийняття нових з орієнтацією на європейські цінності. Так, дослідження показало, що шлях України до Європейського Союзу, складний та тривалий, однак нині маємо очевидні зрушення на цій ниві. Зокрема надання Україні статусу кандидата на членство у Європейському Союзі вказує на те, що Україна виконує вимоги Єврокомісії, а за результатами 2023 року стан виконання Україною Угоди про асоціацію становить 77 %. Це вказує на правильну політику та законодавчу роботу держави у цьому сегменті. Під час дослідження, дано оцінку окремим реформам, які були проведені в рамках Угоди про асоціацію, зокрема антикорупційній. Встановлено, що на ефективність антикорупційної політики вплинули прийняття відповідних законів та цифрові можливості з упередження корупційних схем. Підтвердженням цього є зокрема й показник України в індексі сприйняття корупції за 2023 рік де Україна має один із найкращих результатів за минулий рік у світі та додала у свій загальний результат 3 бали, чого не було за все існування незалежної України.
The article provides a historical analysis of legislative processes on the path toward European integration. It is established that the first regulatory documents emphasizing European integration were adopted as early as the presidency of L. Kuchma. However, European integration processes gained particular relevance during the Revolution of Dignity and intensified with the start of the full-scale invasion. A separate assessment in the study is devoted to the methods of synchronizing national legislation with European standards. Generally, it was found that international practice often utilizes the method of implementing international norms by transferring their content or essence into national laws. At the same time, a systematic analysis of Ukraine's regulatory acts showed that the most acceptable method for our state is adaptation, where national legislation is adjusted to international law by making relevant amendments to laws or adopting new ones oriented toward European values. Thus, the research showed that Ukraine's path to the European Union is complex and lengthy; however, there are currently obvious advancements in this field. In particular, granting Ukraine the status of a candidate for EU membership indicates that Ukraine is fulfilling the European Commission's requirements, and as of the end of 2023, the implementation rate of the Association Agreement stands at 77%. This indicates correct state policy and legislative work in this segment. During the study, an assessment was given to specific reforms carried out under the Association Agreement, particularly the anti-corruption reform. It was established that the effectiveness of anti-corruption policy was influenced by the adoption of relevant laws and digital capabilities for preventing corruption schemes. This is confirmed, in particular, by Ukraine's score in the 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index, where Ukraine achieved one of the best results in the world over the past year and added 3 points to its overall score—an unprecedented gain in the history of independent Ukraine.
Напрями модернізації службової підготовки поліцейських

У цих тезах доповідей розглянуто актуальні напрями модернізації системи службової підготовки поліцейських, зокрема в контексті сучасних безпекових викликів та правового режиму воєнного стану. Автори наголошують на необхідності відходу від застарілих академічних підходів на користь більш практичної та адаптивної моделі навчання. Основними векторами вдосконалення, що висвітлені у тезах, визначено інтеграцію інноваційних технологій, таких як віртуальні симулятори та інтерактивні тренажери, а також посилення уваги до тактичної медицини та психологічного супроводу особового складу. Дослідження підтверджує, що системна модернізація службової підготовки є фундаментальною умовою підвищення ефективності правоохоронної діяльності та забезпечення безпеки як самих поліцейських, так і громадян.
These conference theses examine the current directions for modernizing the service training system for police officers, specifically within the context of contemporary security challenges and the legal regime of martial law. The authors emphasize the need to move away from outdated academic approaches toward a more practical and adaptive training model. Key areas for improvement outlined in these theses include the integration of innovative technologies, such as virtual simulators and interactive training systems, as well as an increased focus on tactical medicine and psychological support for personnel. The study concludes that the systemic modernization of service training is a fundamental requirement for enhancing the efficiency of law enforcement activities and ensuring the safety of both police officers and the public.
