    Construction of Theoretical Model for Sustainable Development in Future Mathematical Teachers of Higher Education

    In this paper, the authors have identified the main features of constructing a theoretical model of the content part of the future mathematics teachers’ training system in a pedagogical institution of higher education in Ukraine in the context of the implementation of the education model for sustainable development. In order to build such a model, the authors have organized a study in the form of an expert survey of specialists in the field of education, specialists in fundamental mathematical disciplines and in the methodic of teaching mathematics, master students, as well as mathematics teachers – participants in retraining courses. The authors have determined the discipline (methodic of teaching mathematics) which became the basis for the model of the content of the future mathematics teachers’ training system in the context of the implementation of the education model for sustainable development. The above course in the content such choice has been confirmed by the integration properties and capabilities of the discipline, the potential of its substantive and methodological components for the generalization and systematization of mathematical, pedagogical, natural-scientific and humanitarian knowledge and skills, as well as for the formation of systemic thinking. When studying the issue of including a special course in the content part of teacher staff training program, aimed directly at creating an understanding of a human’s role and one’s dependence on nature, at creating a peaceful and open society, where everyone would have equal rights and opportunities, the authors have distinguished disagreements in experts’ opinions.

    Незалежна та компетентна експертиза освітнього процесу – необхідний елемент для становлення цивілізованих відносин між суб’єктами діяльності, замовниками, виробниками та споживачами цих послуг. Розглядаючи освіту як складну динамічну систему, що проєктується та організована у відповідності до суспільних запитів громадськості на відтворення певних якостей та умінь, актуальним стає завдання визначення відповідності одержаних результатів тим, які заплановані від початку. Саме реалізація такого завдання є змістом підготовки фахівців за освітньою програмою «Організація освітнього процесу: управління та експертиза». Навчальний посібник, у якому розкриваються особливості організації експертної діяльності в закладах освіти, буде корисним для здобувачів вищої освіти другого (магістерського) рівня освіти галузі знань 01 Освіта / Педагогіка, а також для студентів, вчителів та викладачів, які цікавляться організацією експертної діяльності в освітній галузі. Independent and competent expertise of the educational process is an essential element in establishing civilized relations among stakeholders — those who design, implement, and consume educational services. Viewing education as a complex dynamic system that is designed and organized in accordance with societal demands for the reproduction of specific qualities and skills, it becomes increasingly important to assess the conformity of achieved outcomes with initially planned goals. The implementation of this task forms the core of the educational program “Organization of the Educational Process: Management and Expertise.” This textbook, which reveals the principles and specific features of organizing expert activity in educational institutions, will be useful for students pursuing a master’s degree in the field of 01 Education / Pedagogy, as well as for undergraduate students, teachers, and lecturers interested in the organization and methodology of expert activity in education.
