В.; Кадала В. В.The aim: The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of recreational lands on human health and determine the priority forms of their use and protection. Materials and methods: International acts, data of international organizations and findings of scientists have been examined and used in the study. The article also summarizes information from scientific journals and monographs from a medical and legal point of view on the basis of scientific methods. This article is based on dialectical, comparative, analytic, synthetic, and comprehensive research methods. Conclusions: Recreational lands positively influence human health through a powerful effect of natural healing resources in combination with health-improving and therapeutic procedures on the body, which is becoming increasingly popular, and in some cases, it is the most effective treatment of all. Recreational lands are an independent category of land with a special legal regime of use, characterized by a developed or undeveloped natural area containing natural resources for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of diseases, which are under the special protection of the state and territorial communities. Special protection of the state in today's conditions is extremely important because there has been a negative trend in Ukraine regarding raider attacks. The objects of such attacks are exclusively those companies that are competitive in the market, have achieved significant profits, and continue to develop their activities by creating new branches and introducing new technologies. In particular, attacks on the property of agricultural enterprises and business entities that carry out activities in the field of IT services have become frequent in recent years. The main target of attacks by raiders on agricultural enterprises is their land. Similarly, without state support and protection, recreational land can be the object of raider attacks. The priority form of using recreational land is the placement of resorts and sanatoriums that provide recreational services. Recreational lands can also be used for health improvement in the “wellness” form or within the framework of health tourism. Мета дослідження полягає в оцінці впливу земель оздоровчого призначення на здоров’я людини та визначенні пріоритетних форм їх використання і охорони. Землі оздоровчого призначення позитивно діють на здоров’я людини через потужний вплив на організм усієї повноти природно-лікувальних ресурсів у поєднані з оздоровчими та лікувальними процедурами, що стає дедалі популярнішим та й в деяких випадках, нічого більш ефективного просто не існує. Землі оздоровчого призначення є самостійною категорією земель із спеціальним правовим режимом використання, характеризуються освоєною або неосвоєною природною територією, містять природні лікувальні ресурси, сприятливі для лікування, оздоровлення, реабілітації та профілактики захворювань, перебувають під особливою охороною держави та територіальних громад. Особлива охорона держави в умовах сьогодення має вкрай важливе значення, оскільки в Україні спостерігається негативна тенденція щодо рейдерських атак. Обʼєктами таких атак є виключно ті компанії, які є конкурентоспроможними на ринку, отримали значний прибуток і продовжують розвивати свою діяльність шляхом створення нових галузей та впровадження нових технологій. Зокрема, за останні роки почастішали напади на власність сільськогосподарських підприємств та суб’єктів господарювання, які здійснюють діяльність у сфері ІТ-послуг. Головним обʼєктом нападів «рейдерів» на сільськогосподарські підприємства є їх землі. Так само без державної підтримки та захисту обʼєктом рейдерських нападів можуть бути і землі оздоровчого призначення. Пріоритетною формою використання земель оздоровчого призначення є розміщення курортів та санаторіїв, які надають лікувально-оздоровчі послуги. It was found that the main task of credit unions is to provide cheap credit resources to their members - potential or real entrepreneurs, as well as other persons (in addition). Credit resources from Ukrainian credit unions are provided in small volumes at higher interest rates than commercial banks, and in many cases credit unions are competitors of pawnshops, as they provide microloans secured by household appliances, precious metal products, etc. Taking into account the above, it is proposed to deprive credit unions of non-commercial status with the possibility of receiving benefits in income taxation for those credit unions that provide at least 50% of their loans to their members for starting and developing their own business at interest rates not exceeding the average interest rate on loans of 20 of the largest commercial banks of Ukraine, determined on January 1 of the corresponding calendar year. У статті досліджено питання правового статусу кредитних спілок в Україні. З’ясовано, що основним завданням кредитних спілок є забезпечення дешевими кредитними ресурсами своїх членів – потенційних або реальних підприємців, а також інших осіб (додатково). Кредитні ресурси від українських кредитних спілок надаються в невеликих обсягах під вищі відсотки, ніж це робиться комерційними банками, а в багатьох випадках кредитні спілки є конкурентами ломбардів, оскільки надають мікрокредити під заставу побутової техніки, виробів із дорогоцінних металів тощо. З урахуванням зазначеного, запропоновано позбавити кредитні спілки некомерційного статусу з можливістю отримання пільги в оподаткуванні прибутку тими кредитними спілками, які не менш ніж 50% своїх кредитів надають своїм членам для започаткування й розвитку власного бізнесу під відсотки, що не перевищують середній відсоток за кредитами у 20 найбільших комерційних банках України, що визначений на 1 січня відповідного календарного року.Документ The State – in interpretation of Jose Ortega Y Gasset(Universitaria Publishing House, 2020) Turenko O. Д.The manuscript explores the historical conditionality of the state – its essence and primary features in the doctrine of J. Ortega y Gasset. In his interpretation, the state is a metaphysical phenomenon, an imaginary potency that requires the creation of a new sociopolitical reality. This idea is embodied due to the regulatory violence, consensus between the lifestyle of a mature nation, its freedom and the creative inspiration of the elite. The state is an integrating force that constrains the hierarchical order of values and balances spiritual movements with material stability. In turn, a nation-state is a metaphysical tension and unity of the past and the future, the tradition and a new consolidating idea, a fusion of democratic institutions and the subconscious calling of blood, earth, and a language of a mature nation. The democratic nature of the nation-state is its obligatory advantage – it provides an individual with ground and values to harmoniously withstand collective oppression. The monograph discloses certain areas of economic activity that are carried out directly by enterprises of a large industrial region or with their participation. Separate threats to the economic security of such enterprises, in competition on various markets, in the management of such enterprises, and other threats have been identified. Separate directions for avoiding the adverse consequences of economic progress for raw material-oriented industrial enterprises are proposed, in particular, in the direction of deepening cooperation with banks, agro-industrial and processing enterprises, the development of new types of activities, in particular in the IT sphere, and the offer of new services, the settlement of cooperation with banking institutions and the improvement of logistics through the deepening of ties with transport enterprises, especially railway carriers. It is intended for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, specialists of legislative and executive authorities, students and post-graduate students of legal and economic specialties.
