The abstracts of the report reveal the current problems of economic relations in the field of small business in Ukraine, pay attention to the legislative regulation of the activities of small business representatives, define the main directions for improving the existing system of functioning of small business representatives in view of modern realities.

    Обґрунтування доцільності дотримання прав людини в митних процедурах

    Стаття присвячена питанням дотримання і захисту прав людини ведені митних процедур різними видами транспорту, обґрунтовує доцільність та необхідність дотримання прав людини в життєдіяльності сучасного суспільства взагалі та в роботі службовців регіональних митниць зокрема. Звернуто увагу на наявні переваги виконання висунутих вимог до захисту прав людини під час проведення митних процедур, які мають змогу підвищити якісний рівень процедури обслуговування клієнтів. Визначено напрямки покращення процедури захисту прав людини в діяльності регіональних митниць із урахуванням базових стратегічних намірів розвитку нашої країни з позиції прав людини, які регламентовано Цілями сталого розвитку України на період до 2030 року. The article is devoted to the issues of compliance and protection of human rights in customs procedures conducted by various types of transport, substantiates the feasibility and necessity of observing human rights in the daily life of modern society in general and in the work of regional customs officials in particular. Attention was drawn to the existing advantages of meeting the requirements for the protection of human rights during customs procedures, which can increase the quality level of the customer service procedure. Directions for improving the procedure for the protection of human rights in the activities of regional customs offices have been determined, taking into account the basic strategic intentions of the development of our country from the standpoint of human rights, which are regulated by the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine for the period up to 2030. human rights, customs procedures, regional customs, declarant, executor of customs procedure, national strategy, customs territory, customs law, customs legal relations, customs regulations.
