    У тезах доповіді визначено основні напрямки митної політики України, звернуто увагу на законодавче регламентування її адаптації в країні. Доведено, що митна політика України на сучасному етапі розвитку відіграє велику роль в захисті національних інтересів держави та гарантуванні економічної безпеки України. В умовах курсу європейської інтеграції напрями митної політики набувають особливого значення та зосереджуються на питаннях міжнародного співробітництва та впровадження в Україні світового досвіду митного регулювання. The thesis of the report defines the main directions of the customs policy of Ukraine, and draws attention to the legislative regulation of its adaptation in the country. It has been proven that the customs policy of Ukraine at the current stage of development plays a major role in protecting the national interests of the state and guaranteeing the economic security of Ukraine. In the conditions of the course of European integration, the directions of customs policy acquire special importance and focus on the issues of international cooperation and the introduction of world experience in customs regulation in Ukraine.
