    The use of innovative technologies in education: analyses of effectiveness and implementation at different levels of education

    Стаття присвячена проблемі впровадження інноваційних освітніх технологій у навчальний процес на різних рівнях освіти. Метою статті є дослідження найбільш вживаних та ефективних інноваційних технологій навчання в закладах освіти України. Для досягнення мети дослідження використано комплекс методів: теоретичні: аналіз психолого-педагогічних та методичних джерел; емпіричні: анкетування, інтерв'ю; графічні. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що під час використання сучасних освітніх технологій студенти отримують можливість вирішити низку навчальних проблем. Виявлено, що найбільш ефективними інноваційними технологіями для викладання в українських закладах освіти є симуляційне програмне забезпечення, віртуальна та доповнена реальність, онлайн-лабораторії, гейміфікація, онлайн-платформи для спільної роботи, мобільні додатки, персоналізовані навчальні платформи, інструменти аналізу даних. Дослідження дозволило визначити найбільш ефективні мобільні додатки для навчання, які покликані надати студентам інтерактивні та захоплюючі способи вивчення концепцій на їхніх смартфонах і планшетах. The article deals with the issue of innovative educational technologies implementation into teaching at different levels of education. The paper aims to research the most used and effective innovative technologies for teaching in Ukrainian education establishments. To achieve the aim of the research, a set of methods was used: theoretical: analysis of psychological, pedagogical, and methodical sources; empirical: questionnaires, interviews; graphics. The research results have found that students get an opportunity to solve a number of academic problems in the course of modern educational technologies using. It has been revealed that the most effective innovative technologies for teaching in Ukrainian education institutions are simulation software, virtual reality and augmented reality, online laboratories, gamification, online collaborative platforms, mobile apps, personalized learning platforms, data analysis tools. The research made it possible to determine the most effective mobile applications for learning that are designed to provide students with interactive and engaging ways to learn concepts on their smartphones and tablets.

    Враховуючи глобалізацію економіки та активізацію євроінтеграційних процесів, доведено, що важливою складовою оцінки ефективності діяльності підприємств державного сектору повинен бути порівняльний аналіз загального середовища функціонування, а саме: державних закупівель, економічного середовища та податкової політики, з відповідними системами інших країн світу. Досліджено показники та складові міжнародних рейтингів «Ведення бізнесу», «Сплата податків», «Порівняльний аналіз державних закупівель». Визначено різні групи показників, що формують рейтинги «Ведення бізнесу» та «Сплату податків» у контексті впливу на підприємства державного сектору: ті, що повністю відповідають необхідності оцінки середовища діяльності підприємств державного сектору, та ті, які слід використовувати з обмеженнями, враховуючи особливості створення та функціонування підприємств державного сектору. Проведено порівняльний аналіз місця України, Литви та Словенії серед інших країн світу за даними міжнародних рейтингів «Ведення бізнесу», «Сплата податків», «Порівняльний аналіз державних закупівель». Обґрунтовано, що результати такого порівняльного аналізу дозволять виявити зони ризику, а відповідну інформацію можна буде використати при розробці рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємств державного сектору. Taking into account the globalization of the economy and the intensification of European integration processes, it has been proved that an important part of evaluating the effectiveness of activity of public sector enterprises should be a comparative analysis of the overall operation environment, namely public procurement, economic environment and tax policy, with the relevant systems of other countries of the world. The indicators and components of international ratings “Doing Business”, “Paying Taxes”, “Benchmarking Public Procurement” have been studied. Different groups of indicators forming “Doing Business” and “Paying Taxes” in the context of the impact on public sector enterprises have been identified: those which fully comply with the need to evaluate the operating environment of public sector enterprises and those which should be used with restrictions, regarding the peculiarities of creating and functioning of public sector enterprises. A comparative analysis of the place of Ukraine, Lithuania and Slovenia among other countries of the world in accordance with the international rankings of “Doing Business”, “Paying Taxes”, “Benchmarking Public Procurement” have been made. It has been substantiated that the results of such comparative analysis will allow identifying risk areas, and relevant information can be used in developing of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of activity of public sector enterprises.
