О.This study argues that the formation of professionally oriented receptive lexical competence is based on the study of authentic professional texts and exercises for them. Due to the limited number of practical English classes, the learning process often shifts to students’ independent work. A modern student often perceives the learning process through a close connection with the latest technologies. That is why, in order to improve professionally oriented foreign language receptive lexical competence, it is advisable to recommend that students take distance professional courses in English on a special educational platform for lawyers within the framework of the Council of Europe’s HELP (Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals) Program as independent work. У даному дослідженні стверджується, що формування професійно спрямованої рецептивної лексичної компетенції базується на вивченні автентичних фахових текстів та вправ до них. Через обмежену кількість практичних занять з англійської мови процес навчання часто зміщується на самостійну роботу студентів. Сучасний студент часто сприймає процес навчання через тісний зв'язок із новітніми технологіями. О.The purpose of the article is to analyze the globalization trends in order to find the applicable solutions in the field of psychology and pedagogy and to implement them as appropriate mechanisms for improvement of scientific and educational activities. The authors used qualitative (review of scientific and methodical literature, scientific description, interviewing, holistic analysis, description, synthesis of research results and deduction) and quantitative approaches to research (analysis of statistical data and structural analysis). The empirical research was conducted among 36 scientific and educational professionals in Ukrainian educational institutions in the first semester of 2022-2023 academic year. The findings showed that the general trends influence the transformations equally but specific trends include patterns that characterize one of these sciences and consequently create peculiar approaches. The analysis of respondents’ answers and the quantitative data proved that implementation of solutions may lead to the enhancement of psychological and pedagogical science and improve the efficiency of educational process within the Ukrainian institutions. Метою статті є аналіз глобалізаційних тенденцій з метою пошуку застосовних рішень у сфері психології та педагогіки та реалізації їх як відповідних механізмів вдосконалення наукової та освітньої діяльності. Автори використовували якісні (огляд науково-методичної літератури, науковий опис, інтерв’ювання, цілісний аналіз, опис, узагальнення результатів дослідження і дедукція) і кількісні підходи до дослідження (аналіз статистичних даних і структурний аналіз). Емпіричне дослідження проведено серед 36 наукових і педагогічних працівників закладів освіти України у першому семестрі 2022-2023 н.р. Висновки показали, що загальні тенденції однаково впливають на трансформації, але конкретні тенденції включають закономірності, які характеризують одну з цих наук і, як наслідок, створюють своєрідні підходи. G.; Myroshnychenko N. O.The facts presented in the article indicate that the only possible form of mass education in Ukraine in war conditions is synchronous distance learning. An analysis of relevant modern foreign and domestic studies has shown that researchers consider feedback in the learning process as one of the central concepts in education, paying considerable attention to the characteristics of feedback forms, including the formative one, but the ways of its implementation in the process of synchronous distance learning have not been sufficiently studied. The authors' study proves that in synchronous distance learning of ESP on the ZOOM platform, formative feedback is possible under certain technical and didactic conditions. Formative feedback is possible and should occur at all stages of the ESP session. The article describes the practices of organizing effective formative feedback used by the authors of the study while teaching all types of speech activity: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Compared to offline learning, synchronous distance learning significantly increases the share of formative peer feedback, which contributes not only to the activation of the educational process, but also to the socialization of students. The study focuses on the fact that feedback is a two-way process that affects the performance of both the recipient of feedback and the one who gives it. This significance evolves into perceptions whose outcome is the employees’ behaviour. All in all, police training system and STEAM education system emphasizes the importance that should be attributed to the existence of a personal purpose of policemen regarding their role and to an examination of the impact of the personal purpose on employees’ performance. Naturally, policemen should be enabled to realize their personal purpose in addition to the realization of the formal purpose; inability to simultaneously satisfy both purposes will charge a toll on well-being at work in the form of frustration. In such a case, daily reality of the performance should be examined and sensed, and decisions should be made, according to the emphases that should be placed. Thus, sometimes, it is the needs of the policemen that stem from the formal purpose of the training and teaching interactions that should be satisfied, and other times, it is those that relate to the personal purpose. Важливість, яку поліцейські надають взаємодії формального навчання та освіти STEAM, є безперечною. Ця значущість перетворюється на сприйняття, результатом якого є поведінка співробітників. Загалом, система підготовки поліцейських і освітня система STEAM підкреслюють важливість, яку слід надавати наявності особистої мети поліцейських щодо їхньої ролі та дослідженню впливу особистої мети на діяльність співробітників. Зрозуміло, поліцейським, крім реалізації формальної мети, має бути надана можливість реалізувати свою особисту мету; нездатність одночасно задовольнити обидві мети позначиться на роботі у вигляді розчарування. У такому випадку слід досліджувати й відчувати повсякденну реальність діяльності та приймати рішення відповідно до акцентів, які слід розставити. Military forces in most countries lately have increasingly been deployed on humanitarian assistance and peace operations, often under the auspices of either the United Nations or NATO. English has been the operational language of this mission: the official language that different national contingents use to talk to each other as well as to communicate with the peacekeeping headquarters. Increasingly, the armed forces of different countries have been working and training together. When soldiers, sailors or airmen go on exercise they need to communicate in a common language, and English has become a military lingua franca. Ukraine has chosen its path to become a member of the Alliance. Therefore, NATOization is one of the main priorities, which makes this issue relevant. The classroom system should be complemented by more effective teaching methods. Blended learning is the best choice for acquiring knowledge. In addition, each educational institution has the right to choose its own form of education. However, we believe that there is no alternative to the classroom system. Therefore, we are not ready to completely abandon this system, which correlates with a rather sceptical attitude towards exclusively distance learning methods. Однак існують певні виклики, такі як необхідність адаптації традиційних освітніх моделей до нових умов, розвиток інфраструктури для дистанційного навчання та забезпечення якості освіти в умовах мобільності. The purpose of the article is to analyze the process of formation of professional mobility in the higher education system in Ukraine and to point out the advantages and disadvantages accompanying this process. It was determined that professional mobility is the ability to quickly and easily adapt to changes in work, to switch to other activities. According to another definition, it is a personality trait that is formed during education and upbringing and has a decisive influence on the professional growth of a future specialist. The main aspects of the concept of "professional mobility" are highlighted: flexibility, choice of profession, advanced training, readiness to change jobs or professional direction. The main advantages of forming professional mobility for teachers of higher education institutions and for applicants are analyzed. The main advantages of professional mobility for both teachers in higher education institutions and students are outlined. The general positive aspects for these categories are: international experience, increased competitiveness, growth of scientific and pedagogical experience, improvement of foreign language skills, and expansion of professional opportunities. Professional mobility is a key aspect of the modern educational process, as it contributes to the development of adaptive and competitive professionals. With the help of innovative approaches, such as the use of modern technologies and international cooperation, students and teachers can improve their skills and learn how to work in a rapidly changing world. Distance learning courses, webinars, and e-platforms provide an opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills anywhere and anytime. However, there are certain challenges, such as the need to adapt traditional educational models to new conditions, develop infrastructure for distance learning, and ensure the quality of education in the context of mobility. To overcome these challenges, joint efforts of higher education institutions and the government are needed.
