Документ Hypoxic training as the basis for the special performance of karate sportsmen(University of Pitesti Publishing House, 2017) Galimskyi V.; Roviyi A.; Pasko V.To study the regularities of the adaptive mechanisms of the organism of rugby players to normobaric hypoxic influence at the stage of specialized basic training. Results: 10 hypoxic sessions were performed during recurrent respiration into closed space, each of which included 10 episodes. Interval hypoxic training was carried out on the fixing basis of the organism reaction to a gradual decrease in the volume of oxygen (O2) in the respiratory air. During recurrent respiration, the cardiovascular system (blood pressure, systolic and diastolic, heart rate) and respiratory system (pulmonary ventilation, respiration rate, O2 utilization rate, percentage of CO2 accumulation and percentage of O2 in the exhaled air were recorded in the closed space. Regression analysis has made it possible to determine the main factors for ensuring the duration of recurrent respiration. Research materials indicate hypoxic training, as the increase in adaptability to hypoxia is the mechanism for the development of the special working capacity of rugby players during sports activities. Conclusions: the results of the study deepen information about the features of adaptation mechanisms to certain competitive activities. Adaptation to hypoxia is considered as a factor of optimization of functionality when exposed to physical exertion. Purpose: to improve physical preparedness and the level of functional systems by the method of hypoxic effects. Participants in the study: students aged 17-20 years in the amount of 72 people. The assessment of the level of physical preparedness and the state of the oxygen-transport system has been carried out. Results: an increase in the level of physical preparedness and oxygen-transport system with no significant changes in functional systems was found, which indicates the absence of stress during hypoxic exposures and is evidence of the efficiency of the oxygen-transport system and reflects the optimal adaptation potential of students of non-special faculties. Conclusion: the use of hypoxic effects optimizes the effect of physical exertion on the body and contributes to the improvement of physical preparedness and functional state.Документ Sensory control as a control mechanism in accuracy movements of athletes(University of Pitesti Publishing House, 2019) Galimskyi V.; Rovniy A.; Shutieiev V.; Podavalenko A. ; Ashanin V. ; Pasko V. ; Dzhym V.; Ivanov I.To establish the dependence of the accuracy of motor actions of athletes on the level of sensory functions. Participants in the study: basketball players of 18–26 years old of masters team with a level of qualification of candidates of masters and masters of sports participated in the study. Research methods: differential sensometry of kinesthetic, visual, auditory sensory systems and vestibular stability. The use of mathematical methods of multiple regression analysis allowed us to establish the most important functions of sensory systems in controlling the precision actions of basketball players. Results:It was established that the level of functional activity of sensory systems changes during the training session, depending on the degree of impact of the loads. Depending on the level of stability of sensory functions, the accuracy of the performance of motor actions also changes. Conclusions:The level of sensory perception depends on a certain intensity of heart contractions. The optimal heart rate is 145-155 beats / min. Indicators of accuracy actions depend on individual sensory functions that need to be developed in conditions close to sports activities.
