    Діяльність прокуратури щодо дотримання законності у провадженні у справах про адміністративні правопорушення

    Тези присвячені аналізу діяльності прокуратури щодо дотримання законності у провадженнях у справах про адміністративні правопорушення. Визначено актуальність питання у контексті європейської інтеграції України та гармонізації національного законодавства з європейськими стандартами. Досліджено основні завдання та повноваження прокуратури у сфері адміністративного нагляду, особливості контролю за дотриманням прав і свобод громадян, а також процесуальних норм у відповідних провадженнях. Виявлено ключові проблеми прокурорського нагляду та запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності наглядової діяльності прокуратури, включаючи вдосконалення нормативно-правової бази та професійну підготовку прокурорів. The theses are dedicated to the analysis of the prosecutor's office's activities in ensuring legality in proceedings related to administrative offenses. The relevance of the issue is highlighted in the context of Ukraine's European integration and the harmonization of national legislation with European standards. The main tasks and powers of the prosecutor's office in the field of administrative oversight are examined, along with the peculiarities of monitoring compliance with citizens' rights and freedoms, as well as procedural norms in the respective proceedings. Key issues in prosecutorial oversight are identified, and ways to improve the effectiveness of the prosecutor's supervisory activities are proposed, including the enhancement of the regulatory framework and the professional training of prosecutors.

    Особливості адміністративної діяльності поліції у надзвичайних ситуаціях

    Стаття присвячена детальному аналізу адміністративної діяльності поліції у надзвичайних ситуаціях, з акцентом на оцінку підготовки правоохоронців до ефективного реагування в умовах криз. У роботі розглядаються основні аспекти організації та координації дій поліції під час над-звичайних ситуацій, а також виявляються проблеми, які виникають у процесі реагування на них. Висвітлюється важливість комплексного підходу до підготовки правоохоронців, що забезпечить не тільки ефективне реагування на надзвичайні ситуації, а й сприятиме забезпеченню публічної безпеки та стабільності в кризових умовах. The article is devoted to a detailed analysis of the administrative activities of the police in emergency situations, the specifics of the police's work in crisis situations are investigated, its regulatory and legal regulation, organizational measures and operational functions are analyzed, with an emphasis on evaluating the training of law enforcement officers for effective response in crisis situations. The work examines the main aspects of the organization and coordination of police actions during emergency situations, and also identifies problems that arise in the process of responding to them, including duplication of functions or gaps in the performance of duties. Special attention is paid to the importance of proper preparation of police officers for such situations, which includes regular training, increasing the level of interagency cooperation, implementation of modern technologies for monitoring and responding to emergency situations, as well as development of communication skills, mobility and adaptability. The article emphasizes the importance of improving the legal framework, providing resources and developing training programs that include practical training and training in the use of special equipment. In addition, factors that directly affect the effectiveness of the police, such as the organization of internal interaction and timely response to external challenges, are analyzed. The importance of a comprehensive approach to the training of law enforcement officers is highlighted, which will ensure not only effective response to emergency situations, but also contribute to ensuring public safety and stability in crisis conditions.
