    Higher education quality assurance in the context of integration into the ehea (on the example of departmental heis)

    The process of higher education quality assurance is a strategic priority for the development of higher education in Ukraine. To meet the EHEA standards in the sphere of higher education for the Ukrainian HEIS to cooperate with European ones the conceptual foundations of the reform of higher education, which are designed to provide quality educational services, are to be considered. Changes in external quality assurance are analysed: the creation and first results of the activities carried out by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. The role of the departmental universities in ensuring the internal quality of higher education, its monitoring and control is investigated. Процес забезпечення якості вищої освіти є стратегічним пріоритетом розвитку вищої освіти в Україні. Для відповідності стандартам ЄПВО у сфері вищої освіти для співпраці українських ЗВО з європейськими необхідно враховувати концептуальні основи реформування вищої освіти, які покликані надавати якісні освітні послуги. Проаналізовано зміни зовнішнього забезпечення якості: створення та перші результати діяльності Національного агентства із забезпечення якості вищої освіти. Досліджено роль відомчих ЗВО у забезпеченні внутрішньої якості вищої освіти, її моніторингу та контролю.

    In the postmodern era, the fundamental foundations of the human soul swayed. In accordance with this, in scientific approaches, there is a complex and controversial process of reassessment of the axiological orientations of modern man. Despite the painful collisions of this process, in the conditions of postmodernity, a person of a creative warehouse gets an unprecedented freedom so far, based on the constructive basis of spirituality, thanks to which a person acquires the ability to distance himself from society and independently critically comprehend all aspects and spheres of his life. The intensification of the search for the meaning of life on an individual-personal level is a characteristic sign of the development of society not only in the West, but also in societies with the preservation of traditional specifics. The effectiveness of the search for the meaning of life in the real world is directly dependent on the development by people of the new islands of freedom, life forms and directions ofcreativity, corresponding to the realities of the break of millennia. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems of modern society, such as: globalization challenges, problems of attitude to the world, the environmental perception of the world in particular, and the problems of educating spirituality as a spiritual attitude to the world and to a holistic personality. В епоху постмодерну фундаментальні основи людської душі похитнулися. Відповідно до цього в наукових підходах відбувається складний і суперечливий процес переоцінки аксіологічних орієнтацій сучасної людини. Незважаючи на болісні колізії цього процесу, в умовах постмодерну людина творчого складу отримує безпрецедентну досі свободу, засновану на конструктивній основі духовності, завдяки якій людина набуває здатності дистанціюватися від суспільства та самостійно критично осягнення всіх сторін і сфер його життя. Активізація пошуку сенсу життя на індивідуально-особистісному рівні є характерною ознакою розвитку суспільства не лише на Заході, а й у суспільствах зі збереженням традиційної специфіки. Ефективність пошуку сенсу життя в реальному світі безпосередньо залежить від освоєння людьми нових острівців свободи, життєвих форм і напрямків творчості, відповідних реаліям зламу тисячоліть. Метою статті є визначення основних проблем сучасного суспільства, таких як: виклики глобалізації, проблеми ставлення до світу, екологічного сприйняття світу зокрема, проблеми виховання духовності як духовного ставлення до світу. і до цілісної особистості.
