    Нові підходи до процесу реабілітації на працевлаштування ветеранів війни: правовий та соціально-економічний аспект

    Стаття присвячена вивченню проблемних питань, що виникають в процесі реабілітації ветера-нів війни та їх подальшого працевлаштування в контексті правового та соціально-економічного аспекту. Акцентується увага на змістовності напрямків впливу реабілітаційних заходів на процеси працевлаштування ветеранів, деталізуються складові правової площини, визначено особливості соціально-економічної реабілітації. Окрему увагу приділено питанням процесу працевлаштування ветеранів війни та діючим державним програмам. Запропоновано авторське бачення розуміння сутності механізму працевлаштування ветеранів війни з окресленням переваг доцільності його адаптації в сучасних умовах. За результатами дослідження обґрунтовується необхідність внесення змін до норм чинного законодавства з метою всебічної підтримки ветеранів війни та впровадження соціальних програм, що сприятимуть не лише відновленню й стійкості в надзвичайних умовах, а й економічному відновленню країни. The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues that arise in the process of rehabilitation of war veterans and their further employment in the context of legal and socio-economic aspects. The article focuses on the content of the directions of influence of rehabilitation measures on the processes of employment of veterans, details the components of the legal sphere, and identifies the features of socio-economic rehabilitation.Special attention is paid to the issues of the process of employment of war veterans and existing state programs. The author’s vision of understanding the essence of the mechanism of employment of war veterans is proposed, outlining the advantages of its adaptation in modern conditions. Summarizing the above, it should be noted that the conducted research allows us to draw appropriate conclusions and generalizations.First, rehabilitation has a fundamental impact on the employment of war veterans, helping to overcome psychological trauma, restore physical functions and skills through comprehensive programs that include psychological support, physical therapy and retraining, which prepare them for successful integration into civilian life and finding work in desired fields.Secondly, the process of integrating war veterans requires state support and the implementation of social programs that will contribute not only to recovery and resilience in emergency conditions, but also to the economic recovery of the country.Third, the successful return of war veterans to civilian life largely depends on their ability to get a job and rethinking the role and responsibility of employers in organizing the workplace and the microclimate for employees, which require significant attention.We see the prospects for further scientific research in the need to identify key segments of the mechanism for employing war veterans with the establishment of a relationship between management levels that ensure its effectiveness.
