A.У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз особливостей організації спортивно-оздоровчої та фізкультурної діяльності студентської молоді у позааудиторній діяльності. Спортивно-оздоровча та фізкультурна діяльність особистості є невіддільним складником національної історії й культури народу, сприяє гармонійному розвитку людини, досягненню нею довголіття, формуванню її культури здоров’я. На спортивно-оздоровчу діяльність держава покладає відповідальність за розв’язання проблем соціального комплексу, невіддільно пов’язаного зі станом і зміцненням здоров’я дітей, підлітків, студентства, робітників підприємств та установ України. Окрім цього, соціально зумовлена потреба формування здоров’я людини повинна трансформуватися в культурну, у прагнення до фізичного вдосконалення. Політичні, соціально-економічні зміни, наслідки пандемії воєнний стан в Україні вимагають пошуку нових методів, засобів, прийомів для вирішення освітньо-прикладних завдань у закладах вищої освіти. Здійснено аналіз особливостей організації спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності студентів, яку у дослідженні визначаємо як систему заходів масового спорту та фізичного виховання, спрямованих на створення умов для забезпечення оптимальної рухової активності кожного студента за місцем навчання, проживання та відпочинку для зміцнення здоров’я й профілактики захворювань, активного дозвілля. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження нових підходів у реалізації освітнього процесу студентів у позааудиторній діяльності: чітко структурувати роботу студентів і викладачів у позааудиторний час; розширити секції з видів спорту, які подобаються студентам; залучати студентів до волонтерської роботи; проводити спортивно-розважальних та військово патріотичні конкурси та свята; співпрацювати з місцевими дитячо-юнацькими спортивними школами; залучати практичних працівників до проведення бінарних занять, тренувань тощо. The article carries out a theoretical analysis of sports and health and physical culture activities of student youth in extracurricular activities. Sports and physical activity of an individual is an inseparable component of the national history and culture of the people, it contributes to the harmonious development of a person, his achievement of longevity, and the formation of his culture of health. The state assigns the responsibility for solving the problems of the social complex, which is inseparably connected with the condition and strengthening of the health of children, adolescents, students, workers of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine, to sports and health activities. In addition, the socially determined need for the formation of human health should be transformed into a cultural one, into a desire for physical improvement. Political, socio-economic changes, the consequences of the pandemic, and the military situation in Ukraine require the search for new methods, means, techniques for solving educational and applied tasks. An analysis of the peculiarities of the organization of sports and recreational activities of students was carried out, which in the study is defined as a system of mass sports and physical education activities aimed at creating conditions for ensuring optimal motor activity of each student at the place of study, living and recreation for health promotion and disease prevention. active leisure. V.Останніми роками перед Україною постали серйозні виклики в розвитку всіх сфер діяльності, а особливо вищої освіти. Одним із пріоритетних шляхів їх подолання є цифровізація системи освіти. Швидкість впровадження цифрових трансформацій стала для української вищої освіти питанням виживання в умовах повномасштабної війни. Метою статті було проаналізувати процес розвитку цифрової грамотності здобувачів вищої освіти як важливої складової цифровізації системи освіти в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Визначено, що цифрова грамотність є важливою навичкою в умовах війни, яка забезпечує можливість перевіряти, аналізувати інформацію, а також безпечно комунікувати в цифровому середовищі. Цифрова грамотність передбачає цілу низку вмінь та навичок, до яких належать медіаграмотність, інформаційна грамотність, комунікації й співпраця, навички навчання, кар’єра та стиль управління. Однією з ключових умов для розвитку в здобувачів вищої освіти цифрової грамотності є створення цифрового освітнього середовища. В умовах воєнного стану в Україні переважна більшість закладів вищої освіти запровадили дистанційну форму навчання, яка передбачає використання на заняттях інтернет-технологій, мультимедійної продукції навчального призначення, електронного навчального контенту. Важливою потребою сьогодення є розвиток стратегій протидії інформаційній війні в Україні, що передбачає такі заходи, як кіберзахист, співпраця з міжнародними партнерами та підвищення інформаційної грамотності молоді. Для розвитку цифрової грамотності здобувачів освіти активно впроваджуються різні навчальні програми, створюють спеціальні курси та тренінги. Важливим стратегічним завданням для України є створення більшої кількості доступних цифрових курсів на різних платформах. Такі курси можуть бути як складовими навчальних програм закладів вищої освіти, так і самостійними навчальними одиницями, які надаються здобувачам освіти. In recent years, Ukraine has faced serious challenges in the development of all spheres of activity, especially higher education. One of the priority ways to overcome them is digitalization of the education system. The speed of implementation of digital transformations has become a matter of survival for Ukrainian higher education in the conditions of a full-scale war. The purpose of the article was to analyze the process of development of digital literacy of students of higher education as an important component of digitalization of the education system in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. Digital literacy has been identified as an essential wartime skill that provides the ability to verify, analyze information, and communicate safely in a digital environment. Digital literacy involves a range of skills and abilities, including media literacy, information literacy, communication and collaboration, study skills, career and management skills. One of the key conditions for the development of digital literacy in students of higher education is the creation of a digital educational environment. In the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, the vast majority of higher education institutions have introduced distance education, which involves the use of Internet technologies, educational multimedia products, and electronic educational content in classes. An important need today is the development of strategies for countering the information war in Ukraine, which includes measures such as cyber protection, cooperation with international partners, and increasing the information literacy of young people. To develop the digital literacy of students, various educational programs are actively implemented, special courses and trainings are created. An important strategic task for Ukraine is to create more accessible digital courses on various platforms. І.У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз ролі спеціальної фізичної підготовки у формуванні готовно-сті поліцейських до виконання тактико-вогневих завдань у процесі правоохоронної діяльності. Об-ґрунтовано, що спеціальна фізична підготовка є системоутворювальним компонентом професійної підготовки поліцейських, який забезпечує ефективність реалізації тактичних рішень та вогневих дій в умовах підвищеного фізичного і психоемоційного навантаження. Розкрито взаємозв’язок спеціальної фізичної, тактичної та вогневої підготовки, визначено вплив розвитку спеціальних фізичних якостей на точність стрільби, стійкість до втоми та здатність діяти у складі підроз-ділів. Наголошено на доцільності інтегрованого підходу до організації підготовки поліцейських у закладах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of special physical training in shaping the professional read-iness of police officers to perform tactical and fire tasks in the course of law enforcement activities. It is substantiated that special physical training is not an auxiliary, but a system-forming component of professional training, which ensures the effective implementation of tactical decisions and the lawful and safe use of firearms under conditions of increased physical load, time deficit, and psycho-emotional stress.The study emphasizes that real service situations faced by police officers are characterized by dynamic changes in the operational environment, high levels of physical exertion, and the need to make prompt and responsible decisions. Under such conditions, the effectiveness of tactical actions and fire engagement largely depends on the level of development of special physical qualities, including strength endurance, coordination, speed of reaction, and resistance to fatigue. The interrelationship between special physical, tactical, and fire training is revealed, demonstrating that insufficient physical preparedness significantly reduces the practical value of tactical knowledge and shooting skills acquired in standard train-ing conditions.Particular attention is paid to the influence of physical fatigue on psychophysiological processes, such as attention, accuracy of movements, emotional stability, and decision-making quality. It is determined that systematic special physical training contributes to the formation of stress resistance, enhances control over motor actions during firearm use, and increases the reliability of professional behavior in extreme situations. The article also highlights the importance of devel-oping unit-level interaction skills, as coordinated actions within tactical groups require a high level of physical readiness and functional stability.The feasibility of implementing an integrated approach to police training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions is substantiated. This approach involves combining special physical, tactical, and fire training within unified training scenarios that simulate real combat situations. Доведено необхідність їх інтеграції зі спеціальною фізичною підготовкою. Обґрунтовано, що ефективність правоохоронної діяльності значною мірою залежить від здатності поліцейських оперативно оцінювати тактичну обстановку, приймати обґрунтовані рішення в умовах дефіциту часу та невизначеності, а також застосовувати вогнепальну зброю відповідно до вимог законодавства і принципів особистої та публічної безпеки. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of tactical and firearms training in forming the professional readiness of police officers to perform duties in high-risk conditions. The relevance is determined by the increasing violent crimes, illegal firearms trafficking, and complexity of the operational environment. It is substantiated that law enforcement effectiveness largely depends on the ability to promptly assess tactical situations, make well-founded decisions under time pressure and uncertainty, and apply firearms in accordance with legal requirements and safety principles. The study ana-lyzes scientific approaches of domestic scholars to tactical, firearms, and special physical training problems. It identifies implementation peculiarities in higher education institutions with specific training conditions. Most scientific works consider tactical and firearms training mainly in isolation, without proper consideration of their interrelationship and influence on holistic professional readiness formation. The research emphasizes that firearms use always occurs within a specific tactical situation and is accompanied by significant psycho-emotional and physical stress, necessitating integration of these training components. The expediency of using a comprehensive approach to organizing police training is highlighted, focused on modeling real service situations and forming stable professional skills. Авторами проаналізовано розуміння поняття «стандарти НАТО з фізичної підготовки», вивчено позитивний вітчизняний досвід їх запровадження в систему фізичної підготовки в Міністерстві оборони України. Зроблено висновок про беззаперечність та своєчасність формування моделі фізичної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських з імплементацією стандартів НАТО та запропоновано авторське бачення щодо системи заходів, необхідних для вдосконалення фізичної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських, зокрема з урахуванням чинних стандартів НАТО. The article is dedicated to summarizing the experience of implementing NATO standards into the system of organization of physical training for security and defense sector forces, determining the possibility of its use in the system of organization of physical training for future police officers, and developing proposals for its implementation. The authors analyzed the understanding of the concept "NATO physical training standards," studied the positive domestic experience of their implementation into the physical training system within the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. Обґрунтовано, що фрагментарний підхід до формування окремих складових підготовки не забезпечує належного рівня готовності до дій в умовах підвищеного ризику. На прикладі освітньої сертифікатної програми «Тактика командного затримання» доведено доцільність упровадження інтегрованих форм навчання з метою формування поліцейського, здатного ефективно діяти в умовах підвищеного ризику. The article addresses the problem of integrating tactical, firearms and special physical training within the system of professional training of police officers. It is substantiated that the fragmented formation of individual components of profes-sional training does not ensure an adequate level of police readiness to act in high-risk conditions. It is noted that effective law enforcement activity requires a holistic approach, which provides for the coordinated development of tactical skills, firearms proficiency and special physical readiness, taking into account psycho-emotional stress and the real conditions of service activity.In the course of the study, scientific approaches of domestic scholars to the problems of professional training of police officers were analyzed, and the main shortcomings of the separate teaching of tactical, firearms and special physical training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions were identified. The expediency of implementing integrated forms of training focused on modeling real service situations is emphasized.The practical implementation of the integrated approach is considered using the example of the educational physical training program for police officers «Team Detention Tactics», developed within the framework of the innovative project «DonDUVS. Police. Grappling». It is emphasized that the use of such programs contributes to the formation of stable pro-fessional skills, increases the level of coordination of police officers’ actions, and ensures the safe and lawful use of force.It is concluded that the integration of tactical, firearms and special physical training is a necessary condition for forming a professionally reliable police officer capable of acting effectively in the face of modern challenges of law enforcement activity.
