    Аналітико-статистичний аналіз виступу елітних самбісток на ЧС-2024

    У статті здійснено аналітико-статистичний аналіз виступу елітних самбісток на Чемпіонаті світу 2024 року «ЧС-2024», що дозволяє визначити домінуючі техніко-тактичні складники успішних змагальних сутичок, оцінити ефективність тактичних комбінацій та встановити основні фактори, які впливають на спортивні показники. В процесі дослідно-аналітичної роботи використано широкий спектр методів: контент-аналіз офіційних протоколів змагань, відеоаналіз поєдинків, методи математичної статистики, зокрема кореляційний та кластерний аналіз, що дозволяє оцінити зв’язок між різними показниками результативності. Проведено порівняння виступів самбісток різних вагових категорій для виявлення специфічних тенденцій та відмінностей у їхній техніко-тактичній підготовці. Результати дослідження засвідчили, що ефективність виступу на «ЧС-2024» значною мірою залежала від рівня активності спортсменок у першій половині сутички, варіативності застосованих технічних прийомів та тактичної раціональності. Встановлено, що переможниці чемпіонату демонстрували високу частоту виконання атакувальних дій, ефективність роботи в партері та здатність швидко адаптуватися до дій суперниць. На основі отриманих даних розроблено рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи підготовки елітних самбісток, зокрема оптимізацію тренувальних методик, акцент на розвитку швидкісно-силових характеристик, стратегічне планування сутичок та покращення ситуаційної обізнаності спортсменок. Отримані результати можуть бути використані для формування ефективних програм підготовки спортсменок до міжнародних змагань, а також для подальших наукових досліджень у напрямі спортивних видів одноборств. The Article provides an Analytical and Statistical Analysis of the performance of Elite Sambo Wrestlers (women) at the 2024 World Championships, which allows us to identify the dominant Technical and Tactical components of successful competitive fights, assess the effectiveness of Tactical Combinations, and establish the main factors that influence Sports Performance. In the process of Research and Analytical work, a wide range of methods was used: content analysis of official competition protocols, video analysis of matches, methods of mathematical statistics, in particular correlation and cluster analysis, which allows assessing the relationship between various performance indicators. A comparison of the performances of Sambo Wrestlers of different weight categories was conducted to identify specific trends and differences in their Technical and Tactical Training.The Results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the performance at the 2024 World Cup largely depended on the level of activity of the athletes in the first half of the fight, the variability of the applied Techniques and Tactical flexibility. It was found that the Championship Winners demonstrated a high frequency of attacking actions, efficiency in the ground, and the ability to quickly adapt to the actions of their opponents.Based on the data obtained, recommendations were developed to improve the Training System for Elite Sambo Wrestlers, in particular, optimization of training methods, emphasis on the development of speed-strength characteristics, strategic planning of fights, and improvement of situational awareness of female athletes. The Results obtained can be used to form effective Training Programs for female athletes for International Competitions, as well as for further Scientific Research in the fieldof single combat sports.

    Результати дослідно-експериментальної перевірки організаційно-педагогічних умов формування готовності майбутніх інструкторів з фізичної підготовки і спорту до професійної діяльності

    У статті досліджено проблему формування військово-прикладних навичок рукопашного бою (заходів фізичного впливу, сили) у майбутніх інструкторів з фізичної підготовки і спорту в системі професійної освіти. Розроблено та теоретично обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови, спрямовані на вдосконалення навчального процесу підготовки військовослужбовців. Методи дослідження: спостереження, анкетування та опитування, тестування, педагогічний експеримент, хронометрування, експертне оцінювання, психодіагностичні методи, моделювання, статистичний аналіз (розрахунок середніх значень, кореляцій та інших статистичних показників). Під час емпіричного дослідження проведено апробацію організаційно-педагогічних умов, які передбачають відпрацювання спеціальних тренувальних комплексів застосування заходів фізичного впливу (сили), що забезпечує формування психофізичної готовності майбутніх інструкторів з фізичної підготовки і спорту до виконання завдань за призначенням в екстремальних умовах службово-бойової діяльності. Результати дослідження свідчать про підвищення ефективності рукопашної підготовки представників досліджуваної категорії, що підтверджується стійкими сформованими теоретичними знаннями та практичними навичками застосування заходів фізичного впливу, сили у змодельованих екстремальних умовах службово-бойової діяльності. Отримані результати підтверджують доцільність впровадження експериментальних організаційно педагогічних умов в систему професійної освіти майбутніх інструкторів з фізичної підготовки і спорту. The article examines the problem of forming military-applied skills of hand-to-hand combat (measures of physical impact, force) in future physical training and sports instructors in the vocational education system. Organizational and pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the educational process of training military personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine have been developed and theoretically substantiated. A training model has been proposed that integrates modern pedagogical technologies adapted to the extreme conditions of service and combat activities. Research methods: observation, questionnaires and surveys, testing, pedagogical experiment, timing, expert evaluation, psychodiagnostics methods, modeling, statistical analysis (calculation of averages, correlations and other statistical indicators). In the process of research and analytical work, an approbation of experimental organizational and pedagogical conditions was carried out, which involves the development of special training situations, the use of simulation modeling methods, as well as the formation of psychophysical readiness to perform assigned tasks in extreme conditions of service and combat activity. The results of the study indicate an increase in the effectiveness of training for representatives of the studied category, which is confirmed by an increase in the level of mastery of the techniques and tactics of service-applied hand-to-hand combat, stress resistance, coordination abilities, and the ability to act in difficult conditions. The results obtained confirm the feasibility of introducing experimental organizational and pedagogical conditions into the system of professional education of future physical training and sports instructors. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific exploration include the development of an experimental program for organizing independent work of future physical training and sports instructors in the vocational education system.
