    The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal grounds for the application of alternative methods of resolving labour disputes, the advantages of each, and their effectiveness. If specific methods are chosen, propose amendments to the current legislation to resolve the problems of enterprises and employees. Стаття присвячена аналізу правових підстав застосування альтернативних способів вирішення трудових спорів, переваги кожного й результативність. У разі обрання конкретних способів, запропонувати зміни до чинного законодавства задля врегулювання проблем підприємств і працівників.

    Монографія присвячена дослідженню діяльності МВС України в реалізації правоохоронної, соціальної та сервісної функцій держави. Робота базується на науково-дослідних результатах, сучасному законодавстві, закордонному досвіді та аналізує сучасні виклики, з якими стикаються підрозділи систем МВС України в умовах військової агресії та реформування. В основних розділах роботи розглядається інтеграція державних функцій Міністерства, теоретико-прикладні аспекти протидії тяжким злочинам, а також соціально-правове забезпечення ветеранів і учасників бойових дій органів і підрозділів системи МВС України. Монографія пропонує інноваційні підходи для підвищення ефективності діяльності МВС України та її адаптації до нових умов, зокрема у сфері підвищення якості адміністративних послуг. The monograph is devoted to the study of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the implementation of law enforcement, social and service functions of the state. The work is based on scientific research results, modern legislation, foreign experience and analyzes modern challenges faced by units of the systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in conditions of military aggression and reform. The main sections of the work consider the integration of state functions of the Ministry, theoretical and applied aspects of combating serious crimes, as well as social and legal support for veterans and participants in combat operations of bodies and units of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The monograph offers innovative approaches to increasing the efficiency of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and its adaptation to new conditions, in particular in the field of improving the quality of administrative services.
