dc.description.abstractМонографію присвячено дослідженню особливостей правового регулювання звільнення зі служби в Національній поліції України. Комплексно розглянуто спеціальні права поліцейських при звільненні та досліджено підстави звільнення зі служби в поліції. Досліджено єдність та відмінність підстав звільнення зі служби в Національній поліції України з іншими державними службовцями Здійснено класифікацію юридичних гарантій при звільненні зі служби в поліції, окреслено новий підхід до класифікації обов’язків, які покладаються на поліцейського при його звільненні з органів поліції. Особливу увагу приділено дослідженню процедури звільнення з органів поліції. Сформульовано конкретні пропозиції щодо удосконалення правового регулювання звільнення зі служби в поліції України. Монографія може бути корисною науковцям, правознавцям, викладачам, докторантам, аспірантам, студентам закладів вищої освіти, поліцейським та іншим особам, зацікавленим у проблематиці дослідження. The monograph is dedicated to the analysis of the legal framework regulating dismissal from the National Police of Ukraine. The author provides a comprehensive examination of the special rights of police officers upon dismissal and investigates the grounds for dismissal from the police service. The author analyses the similarities and differences between the grounds for dismissal from the National Police of Ukraine and other civil servants. The author classifies the legal guarantees upon dismissal from the police service and outlines a new approach to the classification of duties imposed on police officers upon their dismissal from the police. Particular attention is paid to the study of the procedure for dismissal from the police. The author formulates specific proposals for improving the legal regulation of dismissal from the police service in Ukraine. The monograph may be of interest to scholars, lawyers, teachers, doctoral students, postgraduate students, students of higher education institutions, police officers and other individuals with an interest in the research topic.
