dc.description.abstractУ роботі досліджено критичний стан захисту прав та інтересів дітей в Україні після початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф, оскільки діти визнані найбільш вразливою категорією населення. Авторка акцентує увагу на руйнуванні психологічної безпеки підростаючого покоління, що створює довгострокові ризики для ментального здоров'я та соціальної адаптації. Розглянуто роль Національної програми ментального здоров'я, ініційованої першою леді України, та важливість дотримання норм Конвенції ООН про права дитини у воєнний час. У тезах наведено статистичні дані щодо загибелі та поранень дітей, а також висвітлено проблеми депортації, викрадення та вимушеного переміщення понад 70% українських дітей. Окрему увагу приділено законодавчим змінам та діяльності Координаційного штабу з захисту прав дітей. The paper examines the critical state of protection of children's rights and interests in Ukraine after the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, since children are recognized as the most vulnerable category of the population. The author focuses on the destruction of the psychological security of the younger generation, which creates long-term risks for mental health and social adaptation. The role of the National Mental Health Program, initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine, and the importance of compliance with the norms of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in Wartime are considered. The abstracts provide statistical data on the death and injury of children, and also highlight the problems of deportation, abduction and forced displacement of more than 70% of Ukrainian children. Special attention is paid to legislative changes and the activities of the Coordination Headquarters for the Protection of Children's Rights.
