| dc.description.abstract | Навчально-методичний посібник «Фізичне виховання» підготовлений на підставі узагальнення теоретичного й практичного матеріалу вивчамєих розділів програми підготовки студентів з курсу «Фізичне виховання». У навчально-методичному посібнику розкрита сутність процесу фізичного виховання студентів у ВНЗ, представлені матеріали щодо розкриття питань, пов язаних з історієювиникнення та розвитку легкої атлетики, волейболу, баскетболу, футболу, гімнастиці; дається характеристика вправ, які рекомендуються для розвитку тих чи інших фізичних якостей студентів. Представлені розділи базуються на науковій основі, насичені конкретним матеріалом з спрямованого використання фізичного виховання в житті студентів. The educational and methodological manual "Physical education" was prepared on the basis of generalization of the theoretical and practical material of the studied sections of the program training of students from the course "Physical education". The essence of the process of physical education is revealed in the educational and methodological manual students at the university, presented materials on the disclosure of issues related to history the emergence and development of athletics, volleyball, basketball, football, gymnastics; a description of the exercises that are recommended for the development of one or another physical body is given qualities of students.
