Мета статті – охарактеризувати інноваційно-культурні трансформації освітнього середовища на засадах цифровізації та існуючі бар’єри. Цілі дослідження полягали в тому, щоб з’ясувати використання цифрових інструментів та окреслити бар’єри, що перешкоджають їхньому впровадженню; описати ефективний алгоритм реалізації інноваційно-культурних перетворень. У рамках дослідження проаналізовано 31 роботу, присвячену проблемам трансформації освітнього середовища та його цифровізації за 2018–2022 рр. У результаті теоретичне дослідження пов’язано з 5 статтями. 4 статті описували перспективи майбутнього розвитку освіти в умовах цифрових змін, а 6 досліджень були орієнтовані на вплив COVID на цифровізацію. Також проаналізовано хід трансформацій у розвинених (США, Фінляндія, Норвегія, Туреччина) та країнах, що розвиваються (Україна, Пакистан, Індія, Бангладеш, Індонезія, Таїланд, Китай). Використано систематичний огляд літератури та узагальнення результатів концептуальних досліджень проблеми. Проведено кейс-стаді для опису особливостей впровадження цифрових технологій та виявлення бар’єрів традиційного навчання в освітньому процесі. Для збору та обробки даних використовувалися інтерв'ювання, педагогічне спостереження, поглиблений огляд, відкрите опитування, методи статистичного аналізу. Результати оцінили, що всі учасники опитування вважають цифровізацію ефективним інноваційним перетворенням, а вчителі та учні мають однакові переваги у використанні різноманітних цифрових інструментів. Також дослідження показало, що вчителі та учні стикаються з низкою бар’єрів, які ускладнюють навчальний процес. Для підвищення ефективності освітнього середовища та досягнення педагогічних намірів намічено заходи щодо усунення виявлених бар’єрів. Дослідження показало, що безбар’єрне цифрове освітнє середовище може підвищити ефективність освіти майбутнього, де учні будуть готові до різних викликів інформаційного суспільства.
The purpose of the article is to characterize innovative and cultural transformations of the educational environment on the principles of digitalization and the existing barriers. The objectives of the study were to find out the use of digital toolsandtooutline the barriers hindering theirimplementation; to describe the efficient algorithm of implementation of innovative and cultural transformations. Within the framework ofresearch,one analyzed 31 works devoted to the problems of transformations of educational environment and its digitalizationfrom 2018 o 2022. As a result, theoretical research is linked to 5 articles. 4 articles described the prospects of future development of education under digital changes, and 6 studies were oriented towards the impact of COVID on digitalization. Also, thecourse of transformations in developed (USA, Finland, Norway, and Turkey) and developing countries (Ukraine, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, China)was analyzed. A systematic literature review and synthesis of conceptual research results on the problemwere used.The case study to describe the peculiarities of implementation of digital technologies and to identify barriers of traditional learning within the educational processwas carried out. To collect and process the data an interviewing, a pedagogical observation, an in-depth review, an open-ended survey, and methods of statistical analysiswere used. The results evaluatedthat all the participants of the survey consider digitalization an effective innovative transformation and both teachers and learners have similar preference in using various digital tools. Also, the study revealed that teachers and learners face a number of barriers that complicate the educational process. To enhance theefficiency of educational environment and to achieve pedagogical intentions oneoutlined the measures to remove the barriers identified. The study showed that abarrier-free digital educational environment couldenhance the efficiency of education of the future where learners will beprepared to various challenges of information society.
