dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано особливості розгляду спорів у господарському суді в умовах COVID-19. Пропонується розглянути на законодавчому рівні та передбачити таку форму розгляду, як дистанційне правосуддя щодо можливості використання сервісів відео-телефонного зв’язку та відеоконференцій (Zoom, Google Meet), а також інтернет-месенджерів у судовому засіданні при розгляді справ у господарському судочинстві. The article analyzes the peculiarities of consideration of disputes in the commercial court in the conditions of COVID-19. It is proposed to consider at the legislative level and to provide for such a form of consideration as remote justice regarding the possibility of using video-telephone communication services and video conferences (Zoom, Google Meet), as well as Internet messengers in a court session when considering cases in economic litigation.
