dc.description.abstractУ тезах доповіді окреслено функції митної політики як базис адаптації правового регулятора, звернуто увагу на змістовність існуючих функцій митної політики. Доведено, що визначення функцій митної політики є важливою складовою формування механізму забезпечення митної безпеки держави, що в умовах глобалізації та введення єдиних механізмів, які забезпечують реалізацію митної справи в різних країнах світу, будуть сприяти спрощенню та прозорості митних процедур, їх прискоренню, зменшенню кількості митних документів, їх уніфікації та використанню єдиних документів у різних країнах, обміну інформацією між митними адміністраціями країн, посиленню міжнародної боротьби з митним шахрайством і переходу на принципову, системну основу формування та реалізації митної політики держави. The thesis of the report outlines the functions of customs policy as a basis for adaptation of the legal regulator, and draws attention to the meaningfulness of the existing functions of customs policy. It has been proven that the definition of the functions of customs policy is an important component of the formation of the mechanism for ensuring the customs security of the state, that in the conditions of globalization and the introduction of unified mechanisms that ensure the implementation of customs affairs in different countries of the world, will contribute to the simplification and transparency of customs procedures, their acceleration the reduction of the number of customs documents, their unification and the use of single documents in different countries, the exchange of information between the customs administrations of countries, the strengthening of the international fight against customs fraud and the transition to a principled, systematic basis for the formation and implementation of the customs policy of the state.
