Анотація
Основною умовою існування та розвитку суспільства є документно-комунікативна діяльність як людей так і юридичних осіб. У цій статті було розглянуто питання еволюції юридичного документознавства з точки зору наукової рефлексії. Узагальнено загальні історичні знання про документ та документознавство у світі та в Україні, оскільки саме цей напрямок наукової діяльності став основою виникнення юридичного документознавства як науки. З опрацьованої теми вбачається, що розвиток цифрових технологій фактично створює новий напрямок у дослідженні
питання юридичного документознавства. Під час вивчення цієї теми у контексті цифровізації документообігу було встановлено, що Україна у цьому секторі має значні здобутки та ефективний розвиток. Виходячи з глобальної цифровізації документообігу в Україні, вважаємо, що даний напрямок науки потребуватиме подальших досліджень з огляду на виникнення нових технологічних можливостей та впровадження їх у документообіг.
The main condition for the existence and development of society is the document and communication activities of people. This article explores the evolution of legal document studies from a scientific perspective. General historical knowledge about documents and document studies in the world and in Ukraine is summarized, as this direction of scientific activity became the basis for the emergence of legal document studies as a science. Based on the research results, it was established that the development of ideas about legal document studies is closely related to the history, stages, and trends of scientific and technological progress. In particular, the research showed that the public demand for access
to information resources is constantly increasing, driven by the development of social progress and a constant demand for information. The rapid development of information resources and computer technologies, along with the theoretical understanding of
information processes, has had a direct impact on the nature and content of document studies. Thus, modern legal document studies can effectively address theoretical and applied problems only in conjunction with digital technologies, as these processes are associated with the production, transmission, consumption, and storage of documented information. The analysis showed that the development of digital technologies has actually created a new
direction in the study of legal document studies, particularly in terms of the concept of an electronic document. When processing information about legal document studies in the context of digitizing document flow, it was established that Ukraine has significant achievements and effective development in this sector, which brings significant public benefits in the conditions of a full-scale Russian invasion into Ukrainian territory. Based on the results of the research, it can be unambiguously stated that legal document studies have formed in Ukraine as a scientific discipline, and there are certain achievements in this direction. However, due to the global digitization of document flow in Ukraine, this scientific direction requires new research in the context of the emergence of new technological opportunities and their implementation in the document flow.
