dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються закони казенного управління як навчальна дисципліна, при вивченні якої студенти Ніжинського юридичного ліцею князя Безбородька (1840–1875 рр.) здобували фінансово-правові знання, необхідні для їх майбутньої професійної діяльності. Аналізуються окремі автобіографічні факти й ніжинський період науково-педагогічної діяльності усіх викладачів науки про фінанси цього навчального закладу. На основі архівних джерел відтворюється тогочасний зміст науки про фінанси й прослідковується поступовий відхід від економічної домінанти – до фінансово-правової. The article deals with the laws of treasury management as an academic discipline in the study of which the students of Nizhyn Law Lyceum of Prince Bezborodko (1840–1875) gained financial and legal knowledge required for the preparation of practitioners – judges, investigators, notaries and other officials of the judiciary. It analyzes the separate autobiographical facts and «Nizhyn period» of scientific and pedagogical activity of Financial Law teachers in this institution. Based on archival sources stored in the archive Nizhyn (programs of the department of Treasury management laws and a list of exam questions on the subject) can be reproduced the content of financial science of that times. It is noted that for the period of Law Lyceum the Finances as a an academic discipline of the laws of treasury management has evolved into an independent science «Laws of finance» and the content moved from the economic to the dominant of financial and legal.
