Анотація
Одним із найважливіших показників психологічної підготовленості слідчих є їх адаптивні здібності до стресу, професійна надійність та емоційна стійкість. Стрес, як психічний стан, виникає через порушення рівноваги між індивідом та середовищем. Діяльність поліцейських є однією з найстресогенніших, адже вона пов'язана з постійною загрозою життю та здоров'ю, а також ситуаціями ризику та невизначеності. Це викликає інтерес науковців, таких як Дж. Роач, Р. Бріант, та інших, до дослідження і профілактики стресу у поліцейських, особливо під час воєнних дій в Україні, коли зросла кількість злочинів, зокрема насильницьких.
Робота слідчого починається після вчинення злочину, що накладає тривалий вплив на його психіку. Слідчі часто стикаються з небезпечними ситуаціями, що вимагає швидкої оцінки та прийняття рішень. Проте, слідчі, особливо ті, хто розслідує насильницькі злочини, піддаються більшому ризику виникнення когнітивного та емоційного стресу, що може призвести до серйозних проблем, таких як хвороби серця, алкогольна залежність та розлучення.
Основними причинами стресу для слідчих є зовнішні, організаційні, професійні та особистісні чинники. Емоційно несприятливими факторами вважаються розслідування вбивств дорослих та дітей, що впливають на прийняття рішень і можуть призводити до зриву розслідувань. Слідчі відзначають, що дитячі смерті сприймаються важче, що підвищує емоційний стрес.
Важливо відзначити, що слідчі не мають права не виконувати свої обов'язки, що додає додаткового тиску. Дослідження показують, що досвідчені слідчі менше сприймають свою роботу як стресову. Підвищений ризик негативного впливу стресу обумовлений тривалим емоційним напруженням, необхідністю швидкого реагування та відсутністю можливості поділитися переживаннями.
Таким чином, стресова природа діяльності слідчих, контроль з боку керівництва та суспільні вимоги призводять до високого рівня нервово-психічного стресу, що негативно впливає на професійну ефективність. Вміння протидіяти цим стресовим факторам є важливим завданням психологічної служби. Перспективи подальших досліджень можуть включати порівняння впливу стресу на різних професіоналів, пов'язаних із розслідуванням насильницьких злочинів.
One of the most important indicators of psychological preparedness of investigators is their adaptive abilities to stress, professional reliability and emotional stability. Stress, as a mental state, arises due to a violation of the balance between the individual and the environment. The activities of police officers are one of the most stressful, as it is associated with a constant threat to life and health, as well as situations of risk and uncertainty. This arouses the interest of scientists such as J. Roach, R. Bryant, and others in the study and prevention of stress in police officers, especially during military operations in Ukraine, when the number of crimes, including violent ones, increased.
The work of an investigator begins after the commission of a crime, which has a lasting impact on his psyche. Investigators often encounter dangerous situations that require quick assessment and decision-making. However, investigators, especially those investigating violent crimes, are at greater risk of cognitive and emotional stress, which can lead to serious problems such as heart disease, alcohol addiction, and divorce.
The main causes of stress for investigators are external, organizational, professional, and personal factors. Emotionally adverse factors are considered to be investigations of adult and child homicides, which affect decision-making and can lead to the breakdown of investigations. Investigators note that child deaths are perceived as more difficult, which increases emotional stress.
It is important to note that investigators are not allowed to not perform their duties, which adds additional pressure. Research shows that experienced investigators perceive their work less as stressful. The increased risk of negative effects of stress is due to prolonged emotional tension, the need to respond quickly, and the lack of opportunities to share experiences.
Thus, the stressful nature of the investigators' work, the control from the management and the social demands lead to a high level of neuropsychiatric stress, which negatively affects professional efficiency. The ability to counteract these stress factors is an important task of the psychological service. Prospects for further research may include comparing the impact of stress on different professionals involved in the investigation of violent crimes.
