dc.description.abstractМонографію присвячено комплексному дослідженню правових засад формування та реалізації державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю в Україні, зокрема аналізу сутності, мети, завдань, напрямів, принципів, правових засад державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю в Україні, а також механізмів її формування та реалізації. Акцент зроблений на визначенні мети, напрямів, завдань і принципів формування та реалізації державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю. В монографії запропоновано авторське бачення категорії «адміністративно правовий механізм реалізації державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю» та сформовано його структуру. А також, запропоновано оригінальну класифікацію суб’єктів формування та реалізації державної політики щодо забезпечення прав і свобод осіб з інвалідністю. The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the legal bases of the formation and implementation of state policy on ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities in Ukraine, in particular, an analysis of the essence, purpose, tasks, directions, principles, legal bases of state policy on ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities in Ukraine, and as well as the mechanisms of its formation and implementation. Emphasis is placed on determining the purpose, directions, tasks and principles of the formation and implementation of state policy on ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities. In the monograph, the author's vision of the category "administrative-legal mechanism of implementation of state policy on ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities" was proposed and its structure was formed. Also, an original classification of the subjects of formation and implementation of state policy on ensuring the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities is proposed.
