dc.description.abstractНаукова робота складається з передмови, основної частини, висновків, списку використаних джерел (43 найменування). Загальний обсяг наукової роботи становить 141 сторінка, з яких основного тексту – 134 сторінки. В роботі є 2 зразки оформлення документів, 1 таблиця. В межах наукової теми підготовлено 1 аналітичну довідку за результатами аналітичного дослідження, 1 коментар судової практики, 2 фахових статті. Авторами комплексно охарактеризовано організаційно-правові засади діяльності Національної поліції України у сфері дозвільної системи, досліджено сучасні підходи до організації контролю за дотриманням правил обігу зброї юридичними та фізичними особами, включаючи новітні засоби обліку та моніторингу, що застосовуються в підрозділах поліції, здійснено комплексний аналіз законодавства, що регулює діяльність підрозділів Національної поліції у сфері контролю за обігом зброї, визначено вплив змін у законодавстві, прийнятих у межах реформування сектору безпеки, на підвищення рівня безпеки громадян та вдосконалення дозвільної системи. Проведене дослідження є завершеною працею, в якій було системно викладено концептуальну інформацію, що стосується сучасної діяльності підрозділів контролю за обігом зброї, змін в діяльності підрозділів контролю за обігом зброї Національної поліції України. The research paper consists of a preface, main body, conclusions, and a list of references (43 items). The total volume of the scientific work is 141 pages, of which the main text is 134 pages. The work contains 2 samples of documents, 1 table. Within the framework of the scientific topic, 1 analytical report based on the results of analytical research, 1 commentary on judicial practice, and 2 professional articles were prepared. The authors comprehensively characterized the organizational and legal framework of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of the permit system, studied modern approaches to the organization of control over compliance with the rules of arms circulation by legal entities and individuals, including the latest accounting and monitoring tools used in police units, carried out a comprehensive analysis of the legislation governing the activities of the National Police units in the field of arms control, determined the impact of changes in legislation adopted as part of the reform of the sector of public administration, and analyzed the impact of changes in the law on the development of the National Police. The study is a completed work that systematically presents conceptual information on the current activities of arms control units and changes in the activities of arms control units of the National Police of Ukraine.
