dc.description.abstractУ навчальному посібнику визначено організаційно-правові та процесуальні засади забезпечення правоохоронної діяльності на деокупованих територіях. Здійснено аналіз положень міжнародного гуманітарного права та національного кримінального законодавства. Унормовано особливості розслідування кримінальних правопорушень на деокупованих територіях, а також узагальнено стандарти НАТО та визначено їх місце у діяльності органів сектору безпеки під час здійснення правоохоронної діяльності на деокупованих територіях. Деталізовано особливості розбудови архітектури кримінологічного забезпечення деокупованих територій, проаналізовано особливості застосування технології OSINT під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених в умовах дії особливого правового режиму воєнного стану. Навчальний посібник розрахований на представників органів, які належать до сил безпеки, учених, здобувачів вищої освіти, а також усіх, хто цікавиться комплексними проблемами здійснення правоохоронної діяльності на деокупованих територіях. The training manual defines the organizational, legal and procedural principles of ensuring law enforcement activities in the de-occupied territories. An analysis of the provisions of international humanitarian law and national law was carried out criminal legislation. The specifics of the investigation of criminal offenses in the de-occupied territories have been normalized, as well as the NATO standards have been generalized and their place in the activities of the security sector bodies during the implementation of law enforcement activities in the de-occupied territories has been determined. The features of the development of the architecture of criminological support of the de-occupied territories are detailed, the features of the use of technology are analysed OSINT during the investigation of criminal offenses committed under the special legal regime of martial law. The training manual is intended for representatives of security forces, scientists, students of higher education, as well as anyone interested in the complex problems of law enforcement in the de-occupied territories.
