dc.description.abstractПід час досудового розслідування кримінальних правопорушень особливе значення має проведення першочергових слідчих розшукових дій та заходів. Важливо організувати діяльність саме під час виїзду слідчо-оперативною групою на місце події. Серед проблемних питань можна виокремити: 1) труднощі під час взаємодії учасників слідчо-оперативної групи; 2) окремі проблемні питання щодо затримання особи на місці події; 3) проблемні питання проведення огляду місця події та вилучення слідів. Саме на ці питання звернуто увагу у навчально-практичних рекомендаціях. Недоліки у діяльності практичних працівників пов’язані як з невірним правозастосуванням так і з недосконалим законодавчим регулюванням. Спрямування дослідження лише у теоретичному чи лише практичному напрямку позбавить його завершеного характеру. Тому авторський колектив Університету зробив спробу під час вирішення проблемних питань поєднати пропозиції, які носять практичний та теоретичний зміст. Відповідно навчально-практичні рекомендації стануть у нагоді як здобувачам освіти так і практичним працівникам щодо набуття інформації з питань, пов’язаних з діями слідчо-оперативної групи на місці події. During the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses, it is of particular importance to conduct priority investigative and search actions and measures. It is important to organize activities precisely during the departure of the investigative and operational group to the scene of the incident. Among the problematic issues, the following can be distinguished: 1) difficulties during the interaction of the participants of the investigative and operational group; 2) individual problematic issues regarding the detention of a person at the scene of the incident; 3) problematic issues of conducting an inspection of the scene of the incident and the removal of traces. It is these issues that are addressed in the educational and practical recommendations. The shortcomings in the activities of practical workers are associated with both incorrect law enforcement and imperfect legislative regulation. Directing the research only in a theoretical or only practical direction will deprive it of its complete character. Therefore, the author team of the University made an attempt to combine proposals that have practical and theoretical content when solving problematic issues. Accordingly, educational and practical recommendations will be useful for both students and practitioners in obtaining information on issues related to the actions of the investigative and operational team at the scene.
