Анотація
Дисертація присвячена актуальним теоретичним і практичним проблемам, пов’язаним із застосуванням науково-технічних засобів спеціалістами при провадженні слідчих дій. У роботі досліджено становлення, сучасний стан і перспективи розвитку застосування науково-технічних засобів у розслідуванні злочинів; досліджено й удосконалено термінологічний апарат; удосконалено методики застосування науково-технічних засобів спеціалістами при провадженні конкретних слідчих дій. Внесено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення організаційних засад застосування науково-технічних засобів і спеціальних знань на досудовому слідстві, сформульовано зміни та доповнення до кримінально-процесуального законодавства щодо поліпшення правового реґулювання використання науково-технічних засобів і спеціальних знань на досудовому слідстві.
Actual problems of application of scientific and technical means by experts at carrying out of investigatory actions. - Manuscript. The dissertation is devoted to research of a complex of the theoretical and practical problems connected with application of scientific and technical means by experts at carrying out of investigatory actions. In work specific questions of origin, a modern condition and some prospects of development of application of scientific and technical means in investigation of crimes are investigated; the terminological device is advanced; techniques of application of scientific and technical means are advanced by experts at carrying out of the certain investigatory actions. On the basis of the received results of research offered concerning improvement of the organization application of scientific and technical means and special knowledge on pre-judicial investigation are brought, offers and concrete formulations of norms, changes and additions to the criminal-procedure legislation concerning improvement of legal regulation of use of scientific and technical means and special knowledge on pre-judicial investigation are resulted.
