dc.description.abstractАвторка актуалізувала увагу до проблеми психологічної стійкості викладача та значення для розвитку професійної майстерності. Окреслила феномен резильєнтності, який постає захисним механізмом психіки впливаючи на здатність протистояти стресам та є основою позитивного пристосування особистості. Описала можливості застосування арттерапії для розвитку резильєнтності викладача вищої школи. The author has actualized attention to the problem of psychological stability of the teacher and its importance for the development of professional skills. The author outlined the phenomenon of resilience, which is a protective mechanism of the psyche, affecting the ability to withstand stress and is the basis of positive adaptation of the individual. She described the possibilities of using art therapy to develop the resilience of a higher education teacher.
