This article explores cognitive data processing as a contemporary methodological approach in criminal intelligence analysis. Particular attention is paid to the role of artificial intelligence in transforming analytical practices within law enforcement agencies, especially in terms of automating large-scale data processing, identifying hidden patterns, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. The study substantiates that the integration of cognitive methods and machine learning algorithms significantly enhances the accuracy of analytical outcomes, optimizes criminal data analysis processes, and promotes the development of intelligence-led approaches to crime prevention and investigation.
