І.У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз ролі спеціальної фізичної підготовки у формуванні готовно-сті поліцейських до виконання тактико-вогневих завдань у процесі правоохоронної діяльності. Об-ґрунтовано, що спеціальна фізична підготовка є системоутворювальним компонентом професійної підготовки поліцейських, який забезпечує ефективність реалізації тактичних рішень та вогневих дій в умовах підвищеного фізичного і психоемоційного навантаження. Розкрито взаємозв’язок спеціальної фізичної, тактичної та вогневої підготовки, визначено вплив розвитку спеціальних фізичних якостей на точність стрільби, стійкість до втоми та здатність діяти у складі підроз-ділів. Наголошено на доцільності інтегрованого підходу до організації підготовки поліцейських у закладах вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of special physical training in shaping the professional read-iness of police officers to perform tactical and fire tasks in the course of law enforcement activities. It is substantiated that special physical training is not an auxiliary, but a system-forming component of professional training, which ensures the effective implementation of tactical decisions and the lawful and safe use of firearms under conditions of increased physical load, time deficit, and psycho-emotional stress.The study emphasizes that real service situations faced by police officers are characterized by dynamic changes in the operational environment, high levels of physical exertion, and the need to make prompt and responsible decisions. Under such conditions, the effectiveness of tactical actions and fire engagement largely depends on the level of development of special physical qualities, including strength endurance, coordination, speed of reaction, and resistance to fatigue. The interrelationship between special physical, tactical, and fire training is revealed, demonstrating that insufficient physical preparedness significantly reduces the practical value of tactical knowledge and shooting skills acquired in standard train-ing conditions.Particular attention is paid to the influence of physical fatigue on psychophysiological processes, such as attention, accuracy of movements, emotional stability, and decision-making quality. It is determined that systematic special physical training contributes to the formation of stress resistance, enhances control over motor actions during firearm use, and increases the reliability of professional behavior in extreme situations. The article also highlights the importance of devel-oping unit-level interaction skills, as coordinated actions within tactical groups require a high level of physical readiness and functional stability.The feasibility of implementing an integrated approach to police training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions is substantiated. This approach involves combining special physical, tactical, and fire training within unified training scenarios that simulate real combat situations. Доведено необхідність їх інтеграції зі спеціальною фізичною підготовкою. Обґрунтовано, що ефективність правоохоронної діяльності значною мірою залежить від здатності поліцейських оперативно оцінювати тактичну обстановку, приймати обґрунтовані рішення в умовах дефіциту часу та невизначеності, а також застосовувати вогнепальну зброю відповідно до вимог законодавства і принципів особистої та публічної безпеки. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of tactical and firearms training in forming the professional readiness of police officers to perform duties in high-risk conditions. The relevance is determined by the increasing violent crimes, illegal firearms trafficking, and complexity of the operational environment. It is substantiated that law enforcement effectiveness largely depends on the ability to promptly assess tactical situations, make well-founded decisions under time pressure and uncertainty, and apply firearms in accordance with legal requirements and safety principles. The study ana-lyzes scientific approaches of domestic scholars to tactical, firearms, and special physical training problems. It identifies implementation peculiarities in higher education institutions with specific training conditions. Most scientific works consider tactical and firearms training mainly in isolation, without proper consideration of their interrelationship and influence on holistic professional readiness formation. The research emphasizes that firearms use always occurs within a specific tactical situation and is accompanied by significant psycho-emotional and physical stress, necessitating integration of these training components. The expediency of using a comprehensive approach to organizing police training is highlighted, focused on modeling real service situations and forming stable professional skills. Обґрунтовано, що фрагментарний підхід до формування окремих складових підготовки не забезпечує належного рівня готовності до дій в умовах підвищеного ризику. На прикладі освітньої сертифікатної програми «Тактика командного затримання» доведено доцільність упровадження інтегрованих форм навчання з метою формування поліцейського, здатного ефективно діяти в умовах підвищеного ризику. The article addresses the problem of integrating tactical, firearms and special physical training within the system of professional training of police officers. It is substantiated that the fragmented formation of individual components of profes-sional training does not ensure an adequate level of police readiness to act in high-risk conditions. It is noted that effective law enforcement activity requires a holistic approach, which provides for the coordinated development of tactical skills, firearms proficiency and special physical readiness, taking into account psycho-emotional stress and the real conditions of service activity.In the course of the study, scientific approaches of domestic scholars to the problems of professional training of police officers were analyzed, and the main shortcomings of the separate teaching of tactical, firearms and special physical training in higher education institutions with specific training conditions were identified. The expediency of implementing integrated forms of training focused on modeling real service situations is emphasized.The practical implementation of the integrated approach is considered using the example of the educational physical training program for police officers «Team Detention Tactics», developed within the framework of the innovative project «DonDUVS. Police. Grappling». It is emphasized that the use of such programs contributes to the formation of stable pro-fessional skills, increases the level of coordination of police officers’ actions, and ensures the safe and lawful use of force.It is concluded that the integration of tactical, firearms and special physical training is a necessary condition for forming a professionally reliable police officer capable of acting effectively in the face of modern challenges of law enforcement activity.Документ Педагогічні умови формування професійної готовності курсантів закладів МВС до дій у ризиконебезпечних ситуаціях засобами єдиноборств та домедичної підготовки(РВВ ЦДУ ім. О.У статті обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування професійної готовності курсантів закладів вищої освіти Міністерства внутрішніх справ України до дій у ризиконебезпечних ситуаціях засобами інтеграції єдиноборств та домедичної підготовки. Спираючись на сучасні вітчизняні й зарубіжні дослідження, авторами проаналізовано зміст, структуру та дидактичні можливості таких компонентів професійної підготовки, як тренування з бойових мистецтв, фізична витривалість, тактичні навички та домедична допомога. Розкрито роль педагогічних умов – моделювання професійно небезпечних ситуацій, симуляційних технологій, міждисциплінарних занять та індивідуалізації навантаження. Показано, що поєднання спеціалізованих тренувань єдиноборств із курсами домедичної підготовки сприяє формуванню фізичної, психологічної, морально-вольової та когнітивної готовності майбутніх поліцейських. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації освітнього процесу в Донецькому державному університеті внутрішніх справ. Перспективи подальших наукових розвідок полягають у поглибленому вивченні ефективності окремих видів єдиноборств у структурі спеціальної підготовки майбутніх поліцейських, визначенні найбільш оптимальних моделей інтеграції домедичних та силових тренувань, розробці стандартизованих критеріїв оцінювання готовності курсантів до дій у ризиконебезпечних ситуаціях. Доцільним є проведення експериментальних досліджень щодо впливу інтенсивності та специфіки тренувальних програм на якість виконання СЛР, точність тактичних дій та рівень психологічної стійкості курсантів. Окремим напрямом може стати вивчення можливостей цифрових симуляторів, VR-технологій та манекенів із біофідбеком у комплексі з тренуваннями з єдиноборств. Не менш актуальним є науковий аналіз правових та етичних аспектів використання технік єдиноборств у діяльності поліції, що потребує розроблення методичних рекомендацій для викладачів і тренерів закладів МВС України. The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional readiness of cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to act in risky situations by means of integrating martial arts and pre-medical training. Based on modern domestic and foreign research, the content, structure, and didactic possibilities of such components of professional training as martial arts training, physical endurance, tactical skills, and first aid are analyzed. The role of pedagogical conditions –modeling professionally dangerous situations, simulation technologies, interdisciplinary classes, and individualization of workload – is revealed. It is shown that the combination of specialized martial arts training with first aid courses contributes to the formation of physical, psychological, moral-volitional, and cognitive readiness of future police officers. Practical recommendations for optimizing the educational process at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs are formulated. The prospects for further scientific research are in-depth study of the effectiveness of individual types of martial arts in the structure of special training for future police officers, identification of the most optimal models of integration of pre-medical and strength training, development of standardized criteria for assessing the readiness of cadets to act in risky situations. It is advisable to conduct experimental studies on the influence of the intensity and specificity of training programs on the quality of CPR performance, the accuracy of tactical actions and the level of psychological resilience of cadets. A separate direction may be to study the possibilities of digital simulators, VR technologies and biofeedback mannequins in combination with martial arts training. P.У статті розкрито актуальну проблему інтеграції домедичної, фізичної та тактичної підготовки студентів спеціальностей «Право» та «Правоохоронна діяльність» у системі їх професійного становлення. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні умови функціонування правоохоронних органів і правничої діяльності вимагають від майбутніх фахівців не лише ґрунтовних правових знань, а й сформованої готовності до дій у надзвичайних ситуаціях, що супроводжуються ризиком для життя і здоров’я. Зазначено, що фрагментарне викладання домедичної, фізичної та тактичної підготовки не забезпечує формування цілісної професійної компетентності, необхідної для ефективного реагування на кризові події. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до визначення змісту фізичної та домедичної підготовки здобувачів освіти, визначено їх прикладне значення для майбутньої професійної діяльності. Підкреслено, що інтеграція зазначених складових сприяє розвитку функціональної витривалості, стресостійкості, здатності діяти в умовах дефіциту часу, координувати власні дії з іншими учасниками подій та приймати обґрунтовані рішення в екстремальних умовах. Охарактеризовано організаційно-методичні засади впровадження комплексних занять, побудованих на принципах міждисциплінарності, сценарного моделювання та практичної спрямованості навчання. Наголошено, що поєднання фізичних навантажень із відпрацюванням алгоритмів домедичної допомоги та базових тактичних дій дозволяє максимально наблизити освітній процес до реальних умов надзвичайних ситуацій. Зроблено висновок, що інтегрований підхід до підготовки студентів правничих спеціальностей підвищує ефективність освітнього процесу та сприяє формуванню готовності до професійної діяльності в умовах сучасних викликів. Перспективи подальших наукових розвідок доцільно пов’язувати з емпіричною перевіркою ефективності інтегрованих програм підготовки, розробленням критеріїв оцінювання рівня готовності студентів до дій у надзвичайних ситуаціях, а також дослідженням впливу різних режимів фізичного навантаження на якість виконання алгоритмів домедичної допомоги. The article addresses the pressing issue of integrating pre-medical, physical, and tactical training of students majoring in “Law” and “Law Enforcement” within the system of their professional development. It is substantiated that the current conditions of law enforcement functioning and legal practice require future specialists not only to possess comprehensive legal knowledge but also to demonstrate a well formed readiness to act in emergency situations associated with risks to life and health. It is emphasized that fragmented teaching of pre medical, physical, and tactical training does not ensure the development of holistic professional competence necessary for effective response to crisis events. Scientific approaches to defining the content of physical and pre-medical training of students are analyzed, and their applied significance for future professional activity is determined. It is highlighted that the integration of these components contributes to the development of functional endurance, stress resistance, the ability to act under time pressure, coordinate actions with other participants, and make well-reasoned decisions in extreme conditions. The organizational and methodological foundations for implementing integrated classes based on interdisciplinary principles, scenario-based modeling, and practice-oriented learning are characterized. It is emphasized that combining physical loads with practicing pre-medical care algorithms and basic tactical actions allows the educational process to be brought as close as possible to real emergency conditions. It is concluded that an integrated approach to training students of legal specialties increases the effectiveness of the educational process and promotes the formation of readiness for professional activity in the context of contemporary challenges. It is advisable to link the prospects of further scientific exploration with empirical verification of the effectiveness of integrated training programs, development of criteria for assessing the level of students' readiness to act in emergency situations, as well as research into the influence of various physical activity regimes on the quality of implementation of first aid algorithms.
