Зазначене вказує на необхідність пошуку шляхів вирішення завдань, які пов’язані зі професійною підготовкою працівників правоохоронних органів до ефективного виконання завдань за призначенням. З метою посилення боротьби зі злочинністю та забезпеченням особистої безпеки працівників Національної поліції України під час виконання завдань існує необхідність удосконалення їх професійної підготовки із використанням всього арсеналу засобів та методів. Аналіз наукових досліджень і публікацій засвідчив: удосконаленню системи професійного навчання працівників правоохоронних органів присвячено праці багатьох вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених. Науковцями вивчається зарубіжний досвід підготовки поліцейських та надаються рекомендації стосовно його запровадження в Україні. Низка досліджень спрямована на вдосконалення програм первинної професійної підготовки вперше прийнятих працівників на службу в поліцію, обґрунтування новітніх методик підготовки курсантів та слухачів у вищих навчальних закладах зі специфічними умовами навчання. Також, заслуговують на увагу наукові дослідження, спрямовані на вдосконалення фізичної підготовленості працівників правоохоронних органів. На важливість стрілецької підготовленості майбутніх працівників Національної поліції вказують науковці і наголошують, що гарантом життя та здоров’я поліцейського при вогневому контакті зі злочинцем є швидкі дії пов’язані із застосуванням вогнепальної зброї. На думку дослідників, в освітній процес майбутніх правоохоронців необхідно запроваджувати елементи імітаційного моделювання. Імітаційне моделювання дозволяє будувати моделі, що описують процеси так, як вони відбувались би у дійсності. Таку модель можна «програти» в часі як для одного випробування, так і заданої безлічі. На сьогоднішній день, в системі професійної підготовки майбутніх працівників Національної поліції найбільш поширеними і перспективними є такі імітаційні засоби як ігри в страйкбол. Analysis of statistical data by analysts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine shows an increase in crime from 2014 to the present. This indicates the need to find ways to solve tasks related to the professional training of law enforcement officers for the effective performance of assigned tasks. In order to strengthen the fight against crime and ensure the personal safety of employees of the National Police of Ukraine during the performance of tasks, there is a need to improve their professional training using the entire arsenal of tools and methods. The analysis of scientific research and publications proved that the work of many domestic and foreign scientists is devoted to the improvement of the system of professional training of law enforcement officers. Scientists study the foreign experience of police training and provide recommendations regarding its implementation in Ukraine. A number of studies are aimed at improving the programs of initial professional training of employees first hired for police service, substantiating the latest methods of training cadets and trainees in higher educational institutions with specific training conditions. Also, scientific studies aimed at improving the physical fitness of law enforcement officers deserve attention. Scientists point to the importance of rifle training of future employees of the National Police and emphasize that quick actions related to the use of firearms guarantee the life and health of a police officer in the event of fire contact with a criminal. According to the researchers, it is necessary to introduce elements of simulation into the educational process of future law enforcement officers. Simulation modeling allows you to build models that describe processes as they would occur in reality. Such a model can be "lost" in time both for one test and for a given set. This paper is dedicated to researching the potential of STEAM-oriented learning utilizing 3D printing as an effective instrument for the formation and development of critically important technical skills in future law enforcement officers. The work explores how the integration of the interdisciplinary STEAM approach with practical 3D modeling and printing skills promotes the enhancement of spatial thinking, the capacity for innovation, and the resolution of complex engineering problems. The specificity of modern law enforcement activities requires not only thorough legal knowledge, but also developed psychological culture, tactical skills, and powerful physical endurance from employees of internal affairs bodies. Elements of such training in the training of internal affairs workers take place from the very beginning of the introduction of mandatory professional training, which is connected with professional necessity: conducting complex operational actions that directly depend on psychological knowledge, physical and tactical skills of employees, making important decisions, and their implementation. Special physical, tactical and psychological training is one of the priority areas of training future police officers to perform professional activities. This is a complex of activities aimed at the formation and improvement of motor skills and abilities, the development of physical, tactical and psychological qualities and abilities, taking into account the peculiarities of his professional activity
