V.Статтю присвячено проблемі комунікативної компетентності майбутніх поліцейських, зокрема, досліджено гендерні особливості прояву комунікативної компетентності в курсантів спеціальності «Правоохоронна діяльність» та окреслено способи підвищення рівня їх кому-нікативної комунікації в навчально-виховному процесі.У статті комунікативна компетентність поліцейських розуміється не тільки як необхідний рівень сформованості досвіду, умінь і навичок міжособистісної взаємодії в процесі професій-ної діяльності, а і як особистісна якість, яка дає змогу не тільки встановлювати контакти, долати бар’єри в спілкуванні, а й впливати на співрозмовника, запобігати конфліктам. Уста-новлено, що комунікативна компетентність є важливим складником професійної діяльності працівника поліції у сфері гендерної рівності.За результатами емпіричного дослідження виявлено, що найбільш характерним гендер-ним типом курсантів є маскулінний, на другому місці – фемінний і менш виражений – андро-гінний типи особистості. Виявлено кореляцію між проявом комунікативних здібностей та ген-дерним типом: рівень комунікативних здібностей у представників фемінної групи курсантів є вищим, ніж у маскулінній та андрогінній групах. Установлено, що в курсантів більш вира-жені такі комунікативні якості, як прагнення до домінування, владність, самовпевненість, упертість та конфліктність. Ці якості не сприяють ефективній комунікації у сфері гендер-ної рівності й можуть бути детермінованими не тільки максималістичними особливостями юнацького віку, а й складним і напруженим навчально-виховним процесом у закладі вищої освіти зі специфічними умовами навчання, хронічним стресом в умовах війни.Підвищення рівня комунікативної компетентності у сфері гендерної рівності в курсантів може бути реалізоване через проведення психоедукаційної та навчальної роботи, демон-страції виявів комунікативної толерантності курсовими офіцерами та викладачами, профілактику виникнення гендерної дискримінації та запобігання випадкам гендерно зумовленого насильства в навчально-виховному середовищі, опанування навичок гендерно чутливих комунікацій та сприяння розвитку гендерно чутливої культури. The article is devoted to the problem of communicative competence of future police officers, in particular, the gender peculiarities of communicative competence in cadets majoring in Law Enforcement are investigated and ways to improve their communication skills in the educational process are outlined.In the article, the communicative competence of police officers is understood not only as a necessary level of experience, skills and abilities of interpersonal interaction in the performance of professional activities, but also as a personal quality that allows not only to establish contacts, overcome barriers to communication, but also to influence the interlocutor, prevent conflicts. It has been established that communication competence is an important component of a police officer’s professional activity in the field of gender equality. The empirical research has revealed that the most characteristic gender type of cadets is masculine, followed by feminine and less pronounced androgynous personality types. A correla-tion between the manifestation of communication skills and gender type was found: the level of communication skills of the representatives of the feminine group of cadets is higher than that of the representatives of the masculine and androgynous groups. It has been found that cadets have more pronounced communication qualities such as: desire for dominance, power, self-confidence, stubbornness and conflict. These qualities are not conducive to effective com-munication in the field of gender equality and may be determined not only by the maximalist characteristics of adolescence, but also by the complex, intense educational process in a higher education institution with specific learning conditions, chronic stress in war.Increasing the level of communicative competence in the field of gender equality among cadets can be realized through psychoeducational and educational work, demonstration of manifestations of communicative tolerance by course officers and teachers, prevention of gender discrimination and prevention of gender-based violence in the educational environment, mastering gender-sensi-tive communication skills and promoting the development of a gender-sensitive culture.Документ Структура комунікативної толерантності керівника закладу вищої освіти: теоретико-прикладний аспект(Наукові перспективи, 2023) Мухіна Г. Крім цього окреслено критерії сформованості комунікативної толерантності у керівника закладу вищої освіти. До таких критеріїв відносять: стійкість особистості та сформованість соціально-моральних мотивів її поведінки у стосунках з людьми; емпатія як чутливість, співпереживання, поштивість, екстравертованість, здатність до рефлексії; дивергентність поведінки, що проявляється у спробах пошуку кількох варіантів вирішення проблеми; мобільність поведінки; соціальна активність. Також, у статті надається змістовна характеристика критеріїв, показників та пропонується певний перелік методик визначення рівня сформованості комунікативної толерантності керівника закладу вищої освіти. The content of such structural components of communicative tolerance as: cognitive, motivational and value, conative and emotional-volitional is revealed. In addition, the criteria for the formation of communicative tolerance by the head of a higher educational institution are outlined. These criteria include: personality stability and the formation of social and moral motives of his/her behaviour in relations with people; empathy as sensitivity, empathy, courtesy, extroversion, ability to reflect; divergence of behaviour, which is manifested in attempts to find several solutions to a problem; mobility of behaviour; social activity. It is pointed out that reflexivity is a personal formation. It is emphasized that reflexivity acts as a unique formation, and its manifestation at the mental level reflects a personal, professional, and social one. Future teachers' personal reflection is carried out by understanding and rethinking their meanings and values. The professional reflection is boiled down to understanding the meaningful parameters of professional self-awareness. Social reflection provides an opportunity to qualitatively assess one's ability to solve problem situations in pedagogical interactions. The research methods are substantiated, and the obtained results are presented. It is revealed that this education reached the highest level of development in senior students. In developing personal reflection, students who have experience of pedagogical practice in school strive for self-improvement, rethinking their values, and seeing as potential pedagogical activity subjects. It was found that students of different courses can establish cane interaction with students based on developed connections. Still, senior students - those studying in the master's program of the university have tremendous potential for more significant courses of the pedagogical process.
