Поліцейські набувають професійних навичок спілкування, розвиваючи мовну культуру шляхом вивчення іноземних мов. Знання мови, грамотне її користування, вміння спілкуватися, досягати успіху в процесі спілкування – це теми успіху, які позитивно вплинуть на професійну діяльність правоохоронців, де мова є не перешкодою, а ключем до порозуміння. Методом дослідження, використаним у роботі, є єдиний когнітивно-педагогічний підхід, що включає методи логічного аналізу, концептуального аналізу, особистісно-діяльнісний і комунікативний підходи, а також культурологічний і термінологічний підходи, що розкриває єдність аксіологічних і особистісно-творчих якостей. Новизна дослідження визначається вибором завдань та об’єкта дослідження. Когнітивні методи «зближуються» з функціонально-прагматичним підходом, який передбачає вивчення мови з точки зору її використання у зв’язку з адресатом мови, цілями та ситуацією спілкування, тобто екстралінгвістичними чинниками. Оскільки мова є частиною гуманітарного знання, її вивчення якісно вводить нас в інший «апарат» пізнання світу, залучає нас до гуманітарної культури через мову з традиційно естетичними критеріями, підвищуючи тим самим професійний рівень студентів. У наш час науково-технічні галузі розвиваються. Це результат розширення словникового запасу термінів, що використовуються в певній науковій галузі. Існує багато спеціальних слів, які мають інші, більш загальні назви – терміни різними мовами, сприйняття і правильний переклад яких іншою мовою зараз особливо актуальні. The subject of research is English as a means of professional communication. The author substantiates the role of a foreign language in the training of police officers. One of the main tasks of the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is to train competent, responsible police officers who are able to work at the level of international standards. The police officers gain professional communication skills by developing a linguistic culture through the learning of foreign languages. Knowledge of the language, its competent use, the ability to communicate, to reach success in the process of communication are themes of success that will positively affect the professional activities of law enforcement officers where language is not an obstacle but the key to understanding. The method of research used in the work is a single cognitive pedagogical approach, which includes methods of logical analysis, conceptual analysis, personal and activity and communicative approaches, as well as cultural and terminological approaches, revealing the unity of axiological and personal and creative qualities. The novelty of the research is determined by the choice of tasks and the object of research. Cognitive methods ―close up‖ with the functional and pragmatic approach, which involves the study of language in terms of its use in connection with the addressee of the language, goals and situation of communication, i.e. extralinguistic factors. Since language is a part of humanitarian knowledge, its study qualitatively introduces us to the other ―apparatus‖ of knowledge of the world, brings us into the humanitarian culture through the language with traditionally aesthetic criteria, thereby raising the professional level of students. Nowadays, the scientific and technical fields are growing. It is the result of expansion of the vocabulary of terms used in a particular scientific field. The implementation of these rights is guaranteed by the constitution, various conventions and other regulations. «Today, three areas of modern international law attempt to provide protection to victims of war: human rights law, refugee law and humanitarian law». A minor violation of human rights and freedoms can be proven and punished properly in peacetime. It is to implement their observance in an armed conflict. One of the important human rights is the right to education. Education means teaching and upbringing the younger generation. Military aggression threatens human life and freedom. The right to education seems to be receding into the background. Preserving the life and freedom of citizens is an important task for the state. An equally important goal is the formation of the personality of a citizen, the preservation of cultural values and statehood. This is where the matter of education comes to the front. Raising a decent and conscious person, transferring the experience of previous generations, lifelong learning are priorities for a democratic and law-governed state. The conditions of learning are gradually adapted to the conditions of life during armed conflict. Education with elements of blended learning is a solution to a complex problem for educational institutions. Conducting online classes using various types of innovative technologies allows the teachers to train students. These technologies are the following: «Virtual Reality (VR) in Education, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Cloud Computing for Education, 3D Printing, Social Media in Educational Institutions, the Use of Biometrics». Upbringing provides for the formation of certain qualities of a person through constant direct communication and reflection. It is very difficult to carry out the process of upbringing online. On the one hand, a mixed format (online and offline) will strengthen the second component of the educational process in the conditions of military aggression, namely upbringing. Communication with the teacher and groupmates in the classroom will contribute to this. On the other hand, the role of parents is important in this process too. They must support teachers and develop their children constantly. Particular attention should be paid to upbringing in young people a quality of responsibility, tolerance, and the desire for self-improvement. Respect for the life and dignity of a person is one of the important tasks of education in a military conflict. The implementation of the human right to education in the context of an armed conflict is the priority for the state. Незначне порушення прав і свобод людини може бути доведено та покаране належним чином у мирний час. Це реалізація їх дотримання в умовах збройного конфлікту. Одним із важливих прав людини є право на освіту. Освіта означає навчання і виховання підростаючого покоління. Військова агресія загрожує життю і свободі людини. Право на освіту ніби відходить на другий план. Збереження життя і свободи громадян є важливим завданням держави. Не менш важливою метою є формування особистості громадянина, збереження культурних цінностей і державності. Тут на перший план виходить питання освіти. Виховання порядної та свідомої людини, передача досвіду попередніх поколінь, навчання впродовж життя є пріоритетними для демократичної та правової держави. Умови навчання поступово адаптуються до умов життя під час збройного конфлікту. Навчання з елементами змішаного навчання – вирішення комплексної проблеми для навчальних закладів. Проведення онлайн-занять з використанням різноманітних інноваційних технологій дозволяє викладачам готувати студентів. З одного боку, змішаний формат (онлайн та офлайн) посилить другу складову освітнього процесу в умовах військової агресії, а саме виховну. Цьому сприятиме спілкування з учителем та одногрупниками в класі. З іншого боку, важлива в цьому процесі і роль батьків. Вони повинні постійно підтримувати вчителів і розвивати своїх дітей. Особливу увагу слід приділяти вихованню в молоді якості відповідальності, толерантності, прагнення до самовдосконалення. Повага до життя та гідності людини є одним із важливих завдань виховання в умовах військового конфлікту. Спілкування з колегами, студентами та їхніми батьками у месенджерах, використання електронної документації, пошук додаткових матеріалів в Інтернеті. Ситуація, що склалася в світі з пандемією коронавірусу, а в подальшому і військові дії, спонукали органи державної влади прискорити і так інтенсивну роботу з впровадження, та якнайшвидшого освоєння дистанційного навчання. Абсолютно новим, перспективним напрямком розвитку системи освіти є запровадження дистанційного навчання на основі застосування передових педагогічних, перспективних інформаційних та телекомунікаційних технологій. Незважаючи на велику кількість позитивних сторін, явна перевага дистанційної освіти над традиційною формою навчання, серед науковців та практиків виникають гострі дискусії про місце та роль цієї форми навчання в освітньому процесі. Висловлюються суперечливі погляди – від повного, у найближчій перспективі, початку дистанційної освіти до обмеженого використання з урахуванням конкретних умов. Багато хто вважає, що розвиток сучасної освіти полягає не в суцілому запереченні традиційної очної форми навчання, а в переході на якісно новий ступінь розвитку – ступінь змішаного навчання, в рамках якого будуть органічно інтегровані як дистанційне навчання, так і навчання традиційне, реалізуючи переваги цих форм і нівелюючі властиві недоліки. Досі основною метою є визначення переваг та недоліків дистанційного навчання, адже для розвитку країни необхідне розумне покоління, що розвивається і вміє думати. Super-intelligent looks are emerging - in the near future, the beginning of a distant insight into the surrounding vikoristan with the understanding of specific minds. What is important is that the development of current awareness does not lie in the completely locked-in traditional face-to-face form of learning, but in the transition to a clearly new stage of development - the stage of mixed learning, within which there will be organic integrated both distance learning and traditional learning, realizing the advantages of these forms and low-level authorities. Зазначене вказує на необхідність пошуку шляхів вирішення завдань, які пов’язані зі професійною підготовкою працівників правоохоронних органів до ефективного виконання завдань за призначенням. З метою посилення боротьби зі злочинністю та забезпеченням особистої безпеки працівників Національної поліції України під час виконання завдань існує необхідність удосконалення їх професійної підготовки із використанням всього арсеналу засобів та методів. Аналіз наукових досліджень і публікацій засвідчив: удосконаленню системи професійного навчання працівників правоохоронних органів присвячено праці багатьох вітчизняних та зарубіжних учених. Науковцями вивчається зарубіжний досвід підготовки поліцейських та надаються рекомендації стосовно його запровадження в Україні. На важливість стрілецької підготовленості майбутніх працівників Національної поліції вказують науковці і наголошують, що гарантом життя та здоров’я поліцейського при вогневому контакті зі злочинцем є швидкі дії пов’язані із застосуванням вогнепальної зброї. На думку дослідників, в освітній процес майбутніх правоохоронців необхідно запроваджувати елементи імітаційного моделювання. Імітаційне моделювання дозволяє будувати моделі, що описують процеси так, як вони відбувались би у дійсності. Таку модель можна «програти» в часі як для одного випробування, так і заданої безлічі. На сьогоднішній день, в системі професійної підготовки майбутніх працівників Національної поліції найбільш поширеними і перспективними є такі імітаційні засоби як ігри в страйкбол. In order to strengthen the fight against crime and ensure the personal safety of employees of the National Police of Ukraine during the performance of tasks, there is a need to improve their professional training using the entire arsenal of tools and methods. The analysis of scientific research and publications proved that the work of many domestic and foreign scientists is devoted to the improvement of the system of professional training of law enforcement officers. Scientists study the foreign experience of police training and provide recommendations regarding its implementation in Ukraine. A number of studies are aimed at improving the programs of initial professional training of employees first hired for police service, substantiating the latest methods of training cadets and trainees in higher educational institutions with specific training conditions. Also, scientific studies aimed at improving the physical fitness of law enforcement officers deserve attention. Scientists point to the importance of rifle training of future employees of the National Police and emphasize that quick actions related to the use of firearms guarantee the life and health of a police officer in the event of fire contact with a criminal. According to the researchers, it is necessary to introduce elements of simulation into the educational process of future law enforcement officers. Simulation modeling allows you to build models that describe processes as they would occur in reality. Such a model can be "lost" in time both for one test and for a given set. Метою дослідження є визначення впливу використання цих методів на опанування іноземних мов. У процесі написання використовувалися методи класифікації, порівняння, узагальнення. Дослідження виявило позитивний вплив інтерактивних методів на взаємодію вчителя та учня, а також на засвоєння матеріалу. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в організації навчання у вищих навчальних закладах. The modern educational process requires improvement of the quality of teaching foreign languages, which can be achieved through the use of interactive learning methods. The aim of the research is to determine the impact of employing these methods on the acquisition of foreign languages. Classification, comparison, and generalization methods were used in the writing process. The study identified a positive influence of interactive methods on teacher-student interaction, as well as on the material assimilation. The research findings can be applied in organizing education in higher educational institutions.
