Анотація
The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of the US state criminal policy methodology of scientific research evolution. Without modern methodology, it is impossible to carry out scientific research and establish scientific truth. It has been revealed that the US state criminal policy methodology of scientific research evolution is constantly being improved in accordance with the development of historical, philosophical, social, economic, ideological, religious and other factors that determine the characteristics of the struggle of the American state against any manifestations of crime. As a result, at all stages of the development of American statehood, the methodological foundations of the science of American criminal law embodied the political content of this systemic reality. At the same time, the evolution of the methodology of scientific analysis of the US criminal law is an inseparable unity at all stages of the development of the American state. Modern American scholars who study American criminal law and state criminal policy of the US federal government are constantly looking for new methods for their research. Their methodological arsenal includes a variety of scientific tools that correspond to modern achievements in methodology. American scientists are constantly looking for new research methods that allow the analysis of American criminal law and state criminal policy of the United States to be as deep and detailed as possible. However, American scientists use not only universal, general scientific methods, and specifically scientific methods in jurisprudence. And they also use specific scientific methods of other sciences, such as sociology, demography, and the like. This allows you to consider all aspects of the problem, make a qualitative analysis, formulate objective conclusions, and establish the scientific truth. The article also proves that the use of the American experience of scientific analysis of the foundations of the US state criminal policy based on the appropriate methodology of American law in the context of the crisis of the global globalization process is necessary for a radical restructuring of the state criminal policy of Ukraine. Only this kind of approach to using the achievements of American criminal policy will ensure the targeted development of the process of protecting the basic values of Ukrainian society and the state from any manifestations of crime
